So I agree with you @Fatalize that it's unfortunate if there are answers that appear propagandistic to outsiders, and I would prefer that questions inviting these types of answers be closed.

Apple Sagey Sausagey

1.5 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup (110g) walnuts
2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 cup (250g) applesauce
2 tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 2 tbsp water
2 tbsp bouillon or 1/2 tsp garam masala + 1/4 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp sweet paprika
salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup wholewheat flour

1. Combine rice and walnuts in a blender to make a thick or crumbly mixture, no need to puree fully
2. Mix everthing together
3. Roll into a fat log or small sausage shapes and wrap in baking paper
