@James I put more ram in my 15" MBP. But that may be something that's become more difficult in the smaller unibodies. I've paid attention less ever since I stopped frankenmaccing.

There is just no reason to buy a Mac PC or laptop unless you either A: Actually prefer to run OS X for some reason and can't be bothered to Hackintosh or B: Really, really like glossy white plastic.

@Shinrai 2) The markup is actually very very competitive with Dell/HP/Et al at the time that any new product is released. However, Apple doesn't keep up with the continuning fall of prices in the marketplace in any continuous way, and releases updates infrequently. If you're smart about when you buy a mac, they're quite competitive. If you're dumb about it, you will get ripped off frequently.

A few months ago, I saw a Pennsylvania driver cruising in the left lane 10 under the speed limit (another cliche in action), and the NJ driver went 2 lanes to the right to get around him, got in front of the PA driver, then slammed on his brakes so he was going 35 under and almost caused an accident.

I do understand that that is exactly who is protected by the 'in confidence' nature of flagging though.. and I accept that and move on.

Hm... Media Jukebox looks like an awesome, fully features music play/library.

I love Winyl for my uses though because I use it on my non-iTunes computer[s] and it's small, easy to use, and has some nice features.

Media Jukebox also just crashed.

I went off WP for a while, but their recent admin UI updates are pretty neat.

And its also annoying that I cant chain my own posts together to show their relationship to each other! Haha.
