You can't use a language that doesn't meet our specs or that was created after the challenge was created (except catalogs). Languages that have had features added after the challenge was created cannot use those features in answers. Those rules are unambiguous, and that answer is clearly in violation of them.

It was necessary to say "okay seriously stop abusing stars", though I'm still not sure if I think the pin was necessary. Star abuse has gotten excessive lately, but the act of pinning it makes people more likely to star it, which goes against the message.
