If you look at my feedback history, I have like 3 feedbacks from MS review, then 3 months later the proper stuff starts

That feedback didn't come from MS review, though. That needs Reviewer, and doesn't create feedbacks with the suffix.

I suspect a userscript, but the API should stop that

API correctly stops unprivileged users feeding back. There's another bug around feedbacks and review results, but that's unrelated.
