@Glorfindel Sounds like a new issue... We need to filter users on flagging capabilities... I suggested something similar here, but the failures for that case are simply ignored now.
 
Well, I guess autoflagging is system's job and it doesn't require much of a knowledge.
But the bar for feeding back shouldn't be lowered or we might be bitten from where we didn't expect
