there's an in-joke on Freenode IRC about 'peer' - a staffer took the name 'peer' and gets pinged with each of those "Damned peer!" errors and complaints.

When signing my se-accounts up for metasmoke flagging, the default options include flagging on all sites, irrespective of me having voting privileges or even having an account there. This resulted in 3 failed flags ("Flag options not present"). I suspect others have also missed this judging from the increased amount of failed flags after the announcement on meta se yesterday.

@MarcoBorchert if a person doesn't have an account on the appropriate site, the attempt just fails and MS chooses a new person to try and flag with. Shouldn't be any problems there

@MarcoBorchert thanks, I'll have a look at the issue and see if I can fix it. By the looks of it, the wizard is setting up conditions correctly but not preferences correctly
