If you move to pulses

@MadScientist This varies tremendously by jurisdiction, but, for example, NYPD I know is 6 months in the academy, but to even get in to said academy, you need two years of college education, and to pass some fairly rigorous testing, and it's followed by another 8 weeks of on the job shadowing, and then a years probation.

I have a friend that says that AT-AT's are better than the Rebel's equivalent Juggernaut in Star Wars Commander because the AT-AT's now shoot the edge of a shield - he also believes their damage is higher. This leads me to ask, do the factions in this game have specific advantages over eachother?...
