But most of the people going gluten free right now are just doing it because it's the latest in a long string of diet fads that they will forget about in six months when they want to go to an italian restaurant for dinner.

But more and more places offer gluten free stuff. Like (I have no idea if there's one of these near you) there's a pizza place called the Mellow Mushroom that has really good pizza, and also really good GF pizza. Probably not the best thing to eat right now though... >_>
