@Pavel Just for kicks, try sudo apt-get install fonts-cantarell, go into unity-tweak-tool again, set all fonts except document and monospace to Cantarell 11, turn off hinting, and set antialiasing to CRT/Grayscale mode.
For those who use the Graduation script that's sick of turning it on for Chat, you can just remove line 55 of the userscript, Which says if(($.cookie("RUN_IN_CHAT") !== "true") && site === "chat") throw "Not executing script";
