Bottom to top makes more sense if you think of the stack as holding elements of an array. If you print bottom to top then you start at the beginning of the array and print to the end.

Yeah, but in general with a stack you access the top element, so printing would just be while (pop()) { print() }

That's the way that makes the most sense to me.
