oh the course I did in physics was a fast-track thing to allow me to do the teacher training course for secondary science and specialise in physics. We did some chemistry too of course... and I teach chem at the same level as physics

@MarkKirby Sure it works. The latest Ubuntu iso is around 1.5 GB in size, so you still have half a GB unused after burning the iso to the USB drive.

Using an USB drive any larger than 2GB for that would be a waste of space.

I've observed disturbing trend from some users who try to dupe to questions where they have an answer, even when the question is not a dupe.
