@BobSo, I googled miniso ...

Bob
@JourneymanGeek That didn't ping me :P
~220-250ms to the Singaporean server.
Unplayable for proper FPS, but it works fine for prophunt (hide and seek) :P

(tldr: Its a chinese knockoff of multiple japanese stores. Which explains the bullet clones)

Bob
@JourneymanGeek ... miniso? uniqlo? muji?

uniqlo is a clothing store
like
erm
Most of the ones I can think of arn't aussie ;p
Muji sells random, artistically designed, slightly pricy housewares

Bob
o.O

3:13 PM
miniso is that shop where I saw the bullet knockoffs, and 30 quid bluetooth speakers and stuff like that.

Bob
> there's one opening here in Adelaide, Australia
O_O
@JourneymanGeek that's some damn expensive bluetooth speakers
(for a dodgy knockoff)

Ryohin Keikaku Co.,Ltd. (株式会社良品計画, Kabushiki-gaisha Ryōhin Keikaku) (TYO: 7453), or Muji (無印良品, Mujirushi Ryōhin) is a Japanese retail company which sells a wide variety of household and consumer goods. Muji is distinguished by its design minimalism, emphasis on recycling, avoidance of waste in production and packaging, and no-logo or "no-brand" policy. The name Muji is derived from the first part of Mujirushi Ryōhin, translated as No Brand Quality Goods on Muji's European website. == Products and businesses == Muji started with 40 products during the 1980s, their products range from stationery...
@Bob they actually looked pretty wellmade dodgy knockoffs
and of course, I just windowshopped ;p

Bob
Logitech x100 was $29 locally. x50 was $23.

(I was more "hey, they have bullet knockoffs here")

Bob
@JourneymanGeek ...there's apparently 3 here
@JourneymanGeek bullet?

3:16 PM
@Bob piston
XD
SOrry got distracted

Bob
> Level 1, 500 George Street, Sydney NSW Australia
O_O
I've probably walked past that...

Bob
@JourneymanGeek yea
Wait, no, it's a bit further down the street than I normally go.

I know there's a store here, er... probably on the festering carbuncle Ion Orchard.

Bob
(There's so many shops and shopping centres on and around George St I've actually never seen most of them, let alone gone in.)

3:17 PM
lol

Bob
Funnily enough Muji seems to be smack bang in the middle of the area I don't visit. I've been north and south of it.
Ah, no, it's opposite the QVB. So probably walked past a couple times.

lol
I remember QVB!
Well, from years and years and years ago

Bob
...and the big Officeworks is over the other side, Pitt St.
So I've quite literally been north, south, east and west of that Muji.

Bob
Waiiiiiit a second. It's in the same building as Kinokunyia o.o

3:21 PM
yay kino
Makes sense actually

Bob
So apparently I don't know this city at all -_-

well, not really. The muji here used to be in Seiyu but they closed down
and got replaced by BHG (chinese company)

Bob
> The Galeries[sic]
Well. That explains it.
That place is a bloody maze.
I got lost underground there for 5 mins once -_-
Which is pretty impressive considering the small footprint.

Bob
It's like half a block. A small, mid-CBD block.
> MINISO is an international famous brand of leisure department, she is the blazer and leader in the field of global life superior quality products.
o.o
@JourneymanGeek BHG?
Black Hat Guy? :P

3:24 PM
"Be Here for Good things" Aka "Beijing Heritage Group"
No offence but the chinese mainland sucks at naming things

Bob
Miniso was registered really recently here: abr.business.gov.au/SearchByAbn.aspx?SearchText=49+608+543+719

They should learn from the taiwanese.

Bob
@JourneymanGeek Hm?

;p
for names?
Typically its "City" "some random crap" "industry"
contrast that to say
Foxconn

Bob
o.o

3:37 PM
seriously!

Dear @Mokubai, you rejected an edit I made on this answer: superuser.com/review/suggested-edits/479205 The OP has reviewed my edit and deemed it helpful and within the intend of his post. The edit is now incorporated into the answer, so no further action is required. But please, be more careful next time.

@AngeloFuchs Changing "public keys" to "private keys" is a 180 degrees change in meaning. The two rejections were correct and I would have done the same. For such a drastic change you should have posted a comment for the OP.
@HackToHell Courier is a well known font ;)

@AngeloFuchs I was as careful as needed, your edits did make quite a dramatic change to the meaning of the post and so would have been up to the original poster to approve it. The best way to inform someone of that is via comments.
As a minimum it would have been better to explain in the edit reason why it was 100% obvious that OP meant something else. Public and private keys are not the same thing and you need to give a damn good reason to reviewers when you make that sort of drastic change, even if OP does later confirm "oh yeah, I did mean that".
I rejected because without knowing exactly when OP was going to be around then it is better to err on the side of caution than let a potentially harmful edit through.
To summarise: Sorry, not sorry.

Photographer Donald Jones captured the moment a red fox pounced on a vole in Yellowstone National Park
Animal listened for its prey before jumping three feet into the air and plunged deep into the snow headfirst

Foxes are awesome animals.

@DavidPostill I kinda wish I had the time, money, and patience to do photography of this sort.
I have a sports photography job later tonight, but my equipment pales in comparison to what these pros use.
A couple years back, I actually had the audacity to ask my mom to lend about $20k for a pro-grade Canon setup (EOS-1D X, EOS 5D Mark III, several professional L lenses, Speedlites, etc.). Of course, the request was declined.
The Canon EF 600mm f/4L IS II USM lens runs about $11,500.
$20k isn't enough.
A full wildlife photography kit including all the key lenses needed would cost about $30k to $40k.
Photography is very expensive, even as a hobby. We've invested more than $8k in camera equipment and related expenses over the last five years.
Do I start doing photography as a full-time job? Only time will tell.
There's plenty of basketball games to shoot in January, during which I have no classes.

10:50 PM
@DavidPostill we've seen this one before in here :P

I have just been restarted! This happens daily automatically, or when my owner restarts me. Ready for commands.
