For #1178 since making the request for Perspective is blocking I can guarantee you it will be slow
Both of these have something in common: the need for non-blocking asynchronous I/O. that's my next big goal in refactoring
Okay, let's try it then. See how it goes. If it really is slow, we can take it out again pending asyncs. Merge commits are wonderful things for reverts.
@Undo did you ever remove the two MS post IDs from the system when we ran the test for the custom manual report reasons? Since they were totally false entries, but were tests against legitimate non-spam posts.
@Undo mind sharing that to me as well? I've put it in the config options in my instances, but I would rather update the key while i'm SSH'd into the boxes so I don't have to redo all the SSH connectivities again :p

Two requests: While we are testing perspective, can we have the score posted in chat? Can we ensure that we keep the flag weight of toxic posts at 0 until we are happy with how it works? A score of .87 for a single "ass" typo doesn't instill a lot of confidence right now...but it's early.
