Well, pharma stuff and so on are obvious.

[Our website](url) doesn't even look like a SEO attempt, which is what we usually see with plagiarized stuff. Those have [search keywords](url)

And there's no evidence of plagiarism either.

I think the problem with both posts is that people seem to assume mods will always take the extra time to dispute rather than decline

which is just really not always the case

@micsthepick I hadn't heard of this before! I don't know enough about Simpson's paradox to know for sure, but it's like this: we endeavour to gather just about nothing but spam in MS. If Smoke Detector worked absolutely perfectly all of its database would consist exclusively of spam — and any search term at all on MetaSmoke would indicate a 100% correlation with spam. Therefore if we go only by what's in MS, any word or site is always spam or never seen, and that doesn't work.
