Well.. it just blamed someone who hasn't posted for more than 1 year in the Tavern. I remember there's a restriction to use only recent users (that's why there's a moment where it's "dangerous" to blame when there's only one user monolog-ing), but I checked the code and now it's only "random user in-room"?
