Thought on @terdon's PPV numbers: Would that be a valid metric to graph on a rolling window? We should be getting better as time goes on, is it fair to judge the current system by how it did a year ago?
And the inverse: If the system has gotten worse on a site, we wouldn't want a spat of success from a year ago to falsely inflate the numbers

To use moderator functions within a Channel, you also need to accept a moderator agreement for the Channel.
