@Rob your problem with autoflagging is that you haven't enabled flags yet

that currently needs @Undo to step in to override it manually (User.find(1452).update(flags_enabled: true))

That link appears normal to me, and a green light in the upper right. Only thing missing is the user name, on site it's greyed because he's not a member of the site. The post was migrated: superuser.com/posts/1395206/revisions

If the API let's us check for migrated I guess we got to backtrack if we are curious.

@SmokeDetector Based on the Google Translation, I'm going on the side of TP. It's not clear to me that it's really R/A, but the translation hints that it's at least headed in that direction. Either way, something I'm comfortable with having a system level block on.
