darkon theory says light does not propagate my photons. Instead, darkness propagates by darkons and lack of darkons cause light. So, lamps do not generate photons, they suck darkons etc.

Though I do know one. I'm particularly interested in the theory that there only exists one single electron. It just exists in multiple places at once.

I wanted to let people know here that I'm stepping down as moderator. It's a decision I feel is right for the site. Allow some new blood to step up. I'll still be around spamming chat with my horses. :)

The moderators here have shown the patience of a saint. I am very impressed, but will frankly admit that I don’t necessarily agree with that approach. I sense some tension in the community that has me worried.

@Joseph Casey. I can't believe how much advice and how much of it you've ignored. It seems like a constant uphill battle that will lead to extreme actions, such as true suspension if you continue (arguing, low-quality posts, bad edits, etc...). In fact, on other SE sites I participate in, you would be suspended already. Lucky for you, the Pets Moderators are very forgiving people.

@JosephCasey One universal thing that characterizes virtually all your answers is that they are short. Short answers are rarely good ones, generally length correlates with quality, and sometimes it takes me really a long time (a few hours, or a whole evening) to write elaborate answer that receives 0 or 1 upvotes - after having experienced disappointment like that, upvoting a short answer that looks like the author spent 3 minutes writing it just feels cheap.

and that's the thing. Its not 'just' about posting an answer. You need to have some original content, or pull together more than what something someone would find with a quick google

But please, please, pretty please with sugar on top, do not take this as invitation to answer all the other existing "moderator says goodbye" posts :D it was okay if you didn't know, but now you know it is unneeded and why it could be seen as nuisance; please focus on more recent activity than these, thanks; good night see you.

You have so much energy and will to contribute, you could be the number 1 best user next month. But you need to dedicate all that energy to one good answer at a time, not 10 bad answers or edits in 10 minutes

@JosephCasey The problem is that right now YOU ARE NOT HELPING. We've been telling you that for days and have been very patient. If you get to 500 rep and continnue doing what you do now, you STILL WON'T HELP because what you do is low quality.

Calm down. Patience. We are volunteers.

@JosephCasey Please, read the advice you've been given. You do not need to answer every question. Before you can hope to improve others, you need to improve yourself. Step back and read for a while.

It is also weird that the "watering hole" of the best software developers/engineers can't code a proper app to show notifications.

@lila I would agree that aquarium plants are on topic. Even if users on another SE site know more about plants themselves, aquarium plants are a niche topic, and the questions about aquarium plants are likely to be best answered by other fishkeepers, who would most likely be on Pets.
