It claimed I had to update Adobe Flash Player but isn't it weird browser would require something like this on the fly while I browse? This stuff usually happened after restart, the next time I start browser.
@Boris_yo So you were watching them fine, then it asked for an update? at one time or another there were 2 different styles of Youtube videos on the site. When i could no longer play the "new" ones, the old ones were still fine???
never really dealt with hardlinks (I prefer symbolic in most cases), but to me, it is quite unintuitive that replacing one file overwrites one in a completely different location

@Boris_yo did you close the browser (and any flashes opened outside it) before updating ? did you get the update from the deployment location, instead of the instant installer? could it have anything to with with 64Bit vrses 32 bit?
@Psycogeek Did not close browser before updating. Download took me to install of latest version where I could chose optional features like Chorme browser and Google Toolbar.

@Bob They cannot step back now after all their aggressive behavior towards Syria. If they step back, then others will no longer take USA seriously which is not good because USA wants other nations to be affraid of it.

@Psycogeek problem is, in polls of actual US citizens, a large portion of citizens want us to go over there and "Bomb the **** out of them" -- a large enough portion that, even if the representatives truly and devotedly represented the wishes of their citizens, the vote would be very close
maybe the real vote won't be close and it'll be hugely in favor of going to war, but it's quite possible that even a faithful representative of the vote would vote in favor

@Psycogeek Dual BIOS is cool feature eh? I heard however that making motherboards with dual BIOS does not let manufacturers reach the true profit potential. It is better to not giving a chance to people at unbricking motherboards and keep making them buying.

@Boris_yo This is (was) america, i can say anything. That serve a good purpose. the 1st ammedment free speech rights allow the people to verbally (even abusivly) get thier frustations out. Then the goverment can proceed to do the evil that they do. When the speech is hindered , people are more likly to act, instead of talk.
Take for example when the media, and blogs, and newspapers all say "this is wrong" all the people think that someone is doing something about it . They are not doing anything about it , and even less now that it seems that somebody cares.

I heard that dual-cpu motherboards are quite expensive and not all cpus can work in dual-cpu mode, but I don't know much else. Does it make sense to spend money on a desktop computer with 2 processors, or is it more appropriate to buy 1 powerful modern cpu and an ordinary motherboard?

@BonGart When i had a server board, that would handle 2 Physical cpus, I put one in and ran it that way for a long time, then added the 2nd to "upgrade" when i had more money. I would think that would still apply.

I don't think I can see the advantage to having a dual CPU board for a gamer/game developer... I don't think any software he would use would take advantage of the second CPU, would it?
I imagine he'd want to have the game running at max everything, as well as running all his dev software at the same time (level editor, texture packaging software, photoshop, dual or even three screens at the same time....
Didnt Intel mention something about selling processors with disabled cores, where the user could upgrade to more cores later? I have as of yet to see the $100 premo processor on any shelf.
I usually go midrange. I went slightly crazy on this one (16 gb of ram, and a non K core i7) cause I needed something that would run VMs without creaking to a halt.
I think Leasing :-) the cpu would be good, if it was Pop one transister in there , and its then works full for the rest of its life. If it added some Activation trash, i would pay to get out of that for sure.
@Bob don't feel bad. There may be something fundamentally wrong with us... at least there is with me, when I'll spend as much for my case tracking one down across the US as I do my video card
