When I think of "moist", I think of dampness, of grogginess and sliminess, so I don't usually like it as a descriptive term, and consequently don't usually like elements that are described as moist.
@aedia Y'know, when the whole "moist" thing came up, I kept trying to think of words that rhymed like voiced, and while I thought of "boisterous" I forgot hoist and foist existed.
According to the OED, we have 9649 entries with o i ; but a first glance tells me that the great majority of the results on the first three pages are phrases with things lik hello in, etc. etc.
