That text has been marked bold in the google doc, meaning it is proven, but some people want to leave the time part as standard text. I think that is pointless considering by the time that we could prove the statement true the hat would be no longer attainable. You can't exhaustively prove that something is never true if one of the assumptions of your hypothesis requires knowledge of the future.
