Q: Final Fantasy 13-2: Tonberry capture problem?

I already have once this crystal, but i infused it in my chichu. Now i trying to capture tonberry again, but i cant! Even with fragment skill! And during fight with tonberry on information screen there is notice that tonberry alredy TAMED. I checked twice in my monster list and in crystanium list...
