Q: Fastest Route in HYRULE HOTFOOT minigame

I was thinking about the fastest way to reach Rossos House in the minigame HYRULE HOTFOOT. Does anyone has a good route to reach the goal WITH Pegasus boots and WITHOUT Pegasus boots?

@EonRustedduPlessis The "never been in snow" part always makes me sad. I tend to get sick of it as the winter wears on, but there's something fun and childlike about playing in the snow. It's like the world turns into a giant sandbox.

I mean look at what HL2 was in retrospect. Story driven shooter, in-engine storytelling instead of cutscenes, decent gameplay and weapons variety. Apart from a return to the weapon variety, none of that is revolutionary anymore.

Speaking of games with a lot of hype, Bioshock Infinite had huge hype after its launch because it was so good. I just started playing it, and it's better than I expected despite that.

@KevinvanderVelden Which is just super mind boggling to me. I mean, I do understand why people would be unhappy about them becoming worse, don't get me wrong. It's sometimes just hard for me to internalize how good the systems here are in comparison. I don't have to be afraid of like, becoming completely homeless here if Jochem were to lose his job or something. I'm still not used to that security.

@MechanicalLoon Not all of it. Some of the puzzles really stick out as "Look we have physics" (put bricks on the ramp for example), and for example the sewer levels are pretty mediocre and cliched.

One thing I noticed playing through The Typing of the Dead: Overkill was that so many of the levels were so similar to L4D(2).

@Blem-baFett There were no special characters in the new one. Some numbers occasionally, and a few words with apostrophes or hyphens, but nothing crazy.

My laptop has a US keyboard layout, but my desktop has a Irish keyboard layout. So I have to set my laptop to Irish layout despite the physical layout being different for typing longer stuff up. But then I've to turn it back to US layout to program because setting a US keyboard to Irish layout leaves you with no | or \ :(

@Macha The sewer levels definitely stand out as a low point, but it's hard to ignore how well done Ravenholm and most of the rest of the game in general are. And the boat vs helicopter fight at the end of the sewers was pretty good
