@J843136028 Stars were intended to put useful/interesting messages on the star board (over to the right) so that other people can see them well after the fact. They're also used for funny stuff and to agree with stuff too though.
@EriktheGolfer Nah, clearing stars on a message means that all stars on that message get removed. And nobody who starred that message can star it again.
@EriktheGolfer answers do not need to be shorter than those already in that language as long as it uses a different algorithm. This answer shouldn't have been deleted in my opinion
