Yeah. An agreement can be written by anyone - even a third party. As long as both parties agree to it, then the agreement is active

I mean, look at criminal law and plea bargains. In most cases, the accused offers up the agreement, and it's up to the Crown to give or take

@QPaysTaxes it makes sense. If I write a contract that is intentionally broad (to get away with something sinister), then obviously the courts rule against me. If the contract is given to me broad, and I still do something sinister with it, its more of the fault of the contract writer

Tuition is like $35k a year. Spread across 3 years and you now have a 100k tuition bill
