@DrGreenEggsandIronMan The current box costs only 5 dollars a month, but I'd like to get a better one. With doubled cost, there comes doubled RAM, and RAM is definitely the bottleneck right now.

You can use Paypal to directly transfer BTC at every single trading site. I e.g. use bitpanda.com for international payments.

E.g. most German markets connect via API to the major banks and allow for smaller amounts to be traded.

A good idea would be to visit the markets list at bitcoinity.org/markets, select your currency and then choose the market you like.
