@Shel I get your pain about the pristine challenge. Usually I try not to be too fussy about "almost" solutions if they are open about it and not claiming to win, though that challenge is kinda a special case since it's so easy to get wrong and yet look right. I wouldn't answer the challenge until you have it working but all of what martin said is good advice.
