Is there a procedure that needs to be followed in order to get an SKS keyserver to sync with other keyservers (specifically, Ubuntu's keyservers)? If so, what is that process?

When I did so, I began it with "@Russ, " to tag him. When I posted the comment though, the tag vanished. I tried several times to edit the comment to put the tag back and it keeps removing it. What gives?
I am curious. Why does the windows tag cover both the Windows OS as well as application windows? shouldn't those be two separate tags, i.e. windows-os and application-windows or something?
So, I've got a samba directory I mounted via smb://host/mount/ and I'm trying to rsync crap into it. However, it's doesn't have a mount point. Any ideas other than creating an fstab entry for it?
