yeah.. the city has enforced new rules that all new apartment buildings must have apartments in certain sizes

I think it's 70% with more than 40 square meters or something

Ah, makes sense. I know nothing about kids or raising kids, or doing things with kids, beyond the facts that their parents will call the police on you if give them alcohol.

@Dan I had a chance to test it out, throughput with sftp was 5-10% higher than ftpes (both using 2048-bit keys)

@HopelessN00b My 13yo is at the "desperately wants to try it" phase. I'll likely make some steaks in a couple weeks and give him a teensy it in the bottom of a glass.

@Magellan Could be Google's fault. Sometimes those version numbers are hard to find, and ridiculous when you do. Can't tell you how many times a [version >= X] check has failed on me, through no fault of my own.

Q: How are pseudorandom and truly random numbers different and why does it matter?

I've never quite got this. Just say you write a small program in any language at all which rolls some dice (just using dice as an example). After 600,000 rolls, each number would have been rolled around 100,000 times, which is what I'd expect. Why are there websites dedicated to 'true randomnes...
