Q: Can we have 3 flags destruction for some time?

This site has attracted extra spam in the past few months. As the current case is on English Language & Usage and The Workplace, only 3 flags are required before a spam or offensive post is nuked. @WELZ A few years ago I wondered the same about Drupal and tracked down one at least one possible reason, I did a Google search on a common recurring spam there and found a few other places where the same thing had been posted. I picked a few that were in no way related and did a search on something like +Drupal +RandomBlog1 +RandomBlog2 and found a forum post that appeared to be a list of places you could post without delays / captchas etc.

inactive = less people active here, in CHQ

I can observe an aggregate of ~30min/day when I'm the only one giving feedback in CHQ.

So the need for 3 manual flags is surely slowing down the nuking of spams.

Especially on Astronomy where there isn't enough local activity (unlike Ask Ubuntu)

so... 3 autoflags reduced the time by 298.8691 seconds, or 99.6230 seconds per flag. So, in theory, if only two manual flags were required, the avg TTD would be 49.8790 seconds
