@HDE226868 Music Fans is probably crying, though. ;-)

bye!

@DForck42 Bye!

@NapoleonWilson I know.
Another cross-site scope overlap, I guess.

Sure, when they naturally occur, not when they're forced about by cramming stuff into the site for inclusion's sake.

When was In A Garden by Elizabeth Jennings published?

Okay, I find song lyric stuff here a little strange, because I don't feel like it really fits the whole idea of Literature as a thing

user15026
also, wow, people are super upvote-ing, which is fascinating.

user15026
@Shog9 facepalm

Hello again, bookworms!

Hey!

11:20 PM
@HDE Good answer to my Poe question, but you missed at least one other example.

question: what does it mean when I see reopen (1) ?
does this mean that I have one reopen vote left, or that it needs one more to be reopened?

@TrojanByAccident Means one person (of a necessary five) has voted to reopen that question.

@BESW ah

@Randal'Thor hey can you reveiw edits? there's 5
I can't I'm out of reveiws

Posted my question. Feel free to figure out the best tag(s) for it, or otherwise edit it.

11:32 PM
@EᴀsᴛᴇʀʟʏIʀᴋ Review queues done. And wow, that's a lot of edits you've reviewed today!

@BESW feel free to ask a question on mythology.se about, for example, the virgin of guadalupe. I'll do my best to give you an answer.

@Randal'Thor cool, and thanks!

I'm tired, I won't ask any more today.

@GeorgeA.Strieby Sorry, had to reject some of your edits as they weren't really making any improvements to the posts. Please remember that edits should be substantial improvements.
There's a hell of a lot to catch up on here.
And I'm still out of votes :-/

:(
@Randal'Thor yeah
can we get a new question chat feed now?

11:34 PM
That would require someone to set it up

[wave]

How many new questions are we getting per hour now?
Hi @BESW!

@Randal'Thor About 5/h

At the current rate of chat activity, the current speed of question activity would not be overwhelming.

True.

If people want it, we can put it in, and people can always ignore the feed user if they don't want to see it :)

This room has imported people from some pretty busy rooms all around the network.

@Ash Provided it's a onebox and not a ticker, of course ;-)

There will, of course, be necessary adjustments as the Stack and room settle.

@Randal'Thor of course
we wouldn't stoop so low we use a ticker

11:37 PM
@BESW But chat activity will get reduced a lot later.

user15026
@b_jonas Possibly.

@b_jonas No, because hopefully more people will join.

@EᴀsᴛᴇʀʟʏIʀᴋ I meant, ignoring the user is only possible if it's a onebox.

user15026
Some rooms stay active.

I weakly oppose putting the feed here now.

11:38 PM
ah yeah

@b_jonas And probably so will question frequency, but gosh you guys, you're talking like a feed can't be changed or removed.

@Benjamin we still wouldn't use a ticker right

We can watch the questions directly on site for now.

user15026
@BESW This, too :)

user15026
I am trying to find stuff to ask about non-SFF books I've read lately, but there's not a whole lot that I can ask about romances....

11:40 PM
lol

can we all just agree to pretend that the ticker doesn't exist and never discuss it again?

good man.
...or cat. whatever.

@Ash What I just asked is borderline. It's unclear if those novels are sci-fi. L'Ile mysterieuse probably has enough sci-fi in it, with the predicted volcano and electric submarine and especially the sci-fi weapon used to kill the pirates; Strogoff has a sci-fi twist ending but nothing else I think; Indes Noire is I dunno.

user15026
I've just been reading a lot of stuff lately that lacks anything really to chew on in a question sense

user15026
11:44 PM
They're good books, they're just not ones where you go "hmmm I wonder why x was done or why y worked or how z related to q"

yeah, same with me

@Shog9 Saw your answer about that on main meta. Had to upvote.
@Ash I have a question brewing about Thomas Hardy novels.

@BESW It's so difficult not having the edit privilege on here. :'D

you'll get it soon, don't worry
@doppelgreener btw I just finished the answer, I'm waiting until the new UTC day (12 minutes) to post it though

@EᴀsᴛᴇʀʟʏIʀᴋ i'll try my best to, haha

11:52 PM
I might ask more questions later. Not today.
