@Mutch95 lmk if you need more practice :D I spent 10 bucks on fiver last week trying to get something halfway decent for a splash page... and all i got back was garbage
but im just saying, for a kid there are hundreds of legit ways to make 30 bucks a month. When i wanted new PC parts and stuff I got a part time gig at retail... paid for all my ram upgrades
@Mutch95 you would be surprised... but I think they might have a age thing going on you might need to be 18
@Joe I tried looking into this and couldn't quite figure it out
When I was looking I was pretty sure you only had to be 13 to sign up for fiverr but I didn't understand how that worked with child labor laws and whatnot
I just don't want to make a "non-kosher" recommendation for the kid, if I was him... hell yea i would do it... I DID do that stuff I was selling website design for 1k when i was 14
but when you get looking to move towards college and start looking for a graphic design desk job you are going to need a portfolio
an I built my portfolio selling on sites like that... and if you are active, give a shit and try to do good work its worth it because you need experience
after that point and outside of that scope... its probably all shady dealings and unsavory people
Yeah the 2i2 wasn't on prime and I can't remember why my wife was against the 2i4... probably just the difference in price (price per i/o not worthwhile I think). So now I'll have more audio hardware than I need but hopefully one day we grow into it.
so i felt the game did a poor job pointing you in the right direction, and right from the get go I was running right towards way overpowered mobs and getting demolished
I'm making a way to trap the ball when it steps on a trap. I accidentally got a part of the trap to repeat all the time so it makes a surrounding ball around the ball so it can't get anywhere
@Jon @Almo have any ideas on how I could do "pooling"? Not pooling as in the memory management thing, but as in when I generate resources they would create a "pool" with the highest amount in the middle, thinning out towards the edges.
