9:00 PM
100 uBTC isn't very much
so the transaction is not big

Jon
why the hell would you buy bitcoins?
you can mine them for free

3 minutes
@Jon I'm not buying

Cost of Electricity?

I'm using bitvisitor
Balance: 96.896 uBTC - Payment sent every 100 uBTC

Back when I mined them it was almost exactly even between the incoming BitCoin and the power bill increase

9:02 PM
Thats why people who really want to get money of it, buys ASIC things

But at that time, our cluster could put out a whole bitcoin every few days

1 minute

can you actually use bitcoin? They are online currency. Do they have like, bank? that exchanges bitcoin to real $?

you can transform bitcoin into real $

9:03 PM
@BlueBug it's just like every other currency
It's a worthless number in a computer that hopefully you can trick someone into giving you food for

Jon
heh, great analogy

hurhurhur

I underestimated how easy it would be to get people to accept it - kicking myself for it now.

I'm kicking myself for throwing my wallet away saying "Oh it's just a few bitcoins"

@joapet99 if I did my research / math properly... about 4 or 5 cents?

9:05 PM
I could use that to pay my mortgage now...

@SpartanDonut yes I think so

You'll be rich soon enough

Hi are you guys doing programming questions or can i ask a question on computers?

Hehe

Jon
that's not soon enough

9:06 PM
@androidmaster Nope. You can't ask questions when you ask if you can ask anymore :\

Really? Okay then

Jon
you just asked a non computer related question

Mods rules. Sorry

Wait wait am confused, I sense trolling but it sounds llegit

@Jon But he did use a computer to ask it, so does it count as "on a computer" :P

9:07 PM
it's trolling
Just ask

You only get one off topic question a day. Asking to ask is off topic

@androidmaster The rule is totally serious, don't ask to ask

it is on topic

Asking to ask a question, is asking a question. So you're interrupting to ask if it's ok to interrupt.

Jon
9:07 PM
are you really the leader of the quick-e-mart?

Guys plz stop you gusy are confusing me and am trying to ask

Just ask

Just ask the question already!

Do raspberry pi support HTML5 and other web game technology
I want to buy one to create simple games on
but it seems like windows 95 ntechnolohy

Jon
it runs linux.

9:08 PM
coinbase.com <so they "buy" bitcoins...

and am not sure if it supports anything

The support it as much as any other linux machine does
Seems like windows 95 technology?

Really? So I can get Webgl to work on it?

Jon
I run XBMC off mine.. openElec to be precise

@androidmaster It only supports american currency systems, sorry about your banana

9:09 PM
@androidmaster Yeah, what do you mean by this?

Want me to get you some chocolate?

What r you guys talking about american currency systems?

WebGL != html5

Whats that?

Jon
@androidmaster keep in mind, it is a very low spec system..

9:09 PM
YUMMY chocolate

lol @MickLH

Use full words

Okay replace Webgl with canvas

You should focus more on an embedded GL rather than WebGL...

@MickLH I would like chocolate

9:10 PM
@joapet99 how did you earn those bitcoins? me so curious.

Unless you have prior experience in Web-based game development

You can probably use canvas. It'll probably be slow.

Jon
not sure why you would want to develop webGL over pi.

I don't know why we are asking if hardware supports browser tech

Jon
just use a computer.

9:10 PM
@BlueBug visiting advertising

Am just wondering if it can run things decently, I saw a video of it running minecraft but I though it was a troll video

Yeah, learn how to write programs for the Raspberry Pi, and use that natively

xD oh my god ok. u can do that? lel

C++ or java?

Minecraft isn't WebGL, just so you know

9:10 PM
@SpartanDonut because SOME PEOPLE like to go bother subject matter experts with trivial questions they could have googled if they really cared

Jon
The PI has a very powerful CPU decoder for HD videos

Yes, but its written in java
and apparentyly by C++ experts, "Java is really slow"

Jon
to use it as a dev box is kinda silly

I do java

9:11 PM
but I love java

@androidmaster it is unlikely that it will run blender faster than your 4 PCs

grey likes java too i think

For a game like Minecraft, you don't need pulse-pounding CPU speed or graphics complexity, compared to a game like Crysis
so you can get away with using Java

@SpartanDonut I left blender, I going to stay 2D for now

It runs a special version of minecraft that is very limited in scope

9:12 PM
well alright

@androidmaster That was quick.

@ShotgunNinja I couldnt run minecraft on my widnows 7 computer

If the actual question is "Should I use an Pi for a dev machine" don't.

@MickLH where is my chocolate?

@Noctrine No no, I mean to use it as a tester as well?
Am not going to dev on that

9:13 PM
@androidmaster Are you building things targeted for really low spec?

my current pc is quad core and supports dual montiors and can run minecraft

#joapet99 could you approximate how much time it needed for you to earn 40$? (100mbitcoin) I think I can do this as well, since I am almost glued to computer most of the time, I would like to know.

@Noctrine Am aimming at making for android so yes

@androidmaster Then you want an android device for testing

But it would be good to learn how to port stuff to more platforms

9:13 PM
@androidmaster Then get a better computer with better hardware...

@joapet99 You don't even have a banana! What the hell do you need chocolate for?

@androidmaster In that case, use android for testing

@MickLH I'm going to......... I*M GOING TO GET THAT CHOCOLATE

:( I do, but I want to port it to desktop java

@ShotgunNinja He explained earlier that he would need to work for that, something that he is too lazy to do :P

9:14 PM
So test the desktop version on your pc?

and I wanted to know if rasberry pi supported anything like java or native app and canvas

too lazy or too young?

Both, actually

@androidmaster Remember earlier when I talked about "SOME PEOPLE"
that was you

Jon
raspberry pi is a cheap computer
thats it.
it can be used to control various things, as the mobo has a bunch of output pins you can control
send voltage out to motors and shit

9:15 PM
Yes, i knew that but I wanted to know if it supported anything else since I saw it play minecraft
That was it, thank you for all of your help and time

Jon
its a computer
it runs linux

It's a computer.

@androidmaster Obvious troll is obvious lol

Question, if you implement gravity like this:

velocity = velocity + gravity*delta_time/2
position = position + velocity*delta_time
velocity = velocity + gravity*delta_time/2

To jump, what are you supposed to change?

It supports the things that a linux computer supports

9:16 PM
Which includes Java, when you have it installed

@Trufa I think you are suppose to decrease the Y velocity as time goes by'

Which then includes Minecraft, assuming the LWJGL and underlying libraries work on the hardware platform

and after it reaches 0 you let gravity do its job

which since it's Linux they should

@MickLH Banana covered with chocolate(thats the password right):

9:16 PM
@ShotgunNinja I was wondering that too thanks

@androidmaster that makes sense I guess

@MickLH omg did you draw that? it's so good

@Trufa YAY I finally helped someone thank you trufa

Jon
9:18 PM
If you get PI, put this on it:

@SpartanDonut ..... some of the pixels ..... quite a few in my day.

@SpartanDonut I dont think so thats a meme

Jon
i contributed to 17 of those pixels

its call "Mother of god"

Jon
no its not
we made that in house bro

9:19 PM
@androidmaster haha thank you, it's the first time I'm doing any kind of gamedev, so it might not make sense, but I'll give it a go.

@Jon What, why does google show results that werid

Chocolate?

google mother of god

Jon
4chan stole it

and you'll see that image

9:20 PM
@Trufa actually, you might want to apply gravity to the velocity all the time, and just reset the velocity's y component when you hit a top of platform

@Trufa Hey btw I don't know what that guy meant with his vague thing about changing Y over time. lmfao

@Jon 4chan? that's were bronies were born

But generally jumping is implemented by injecting force directly into the velocity

Jon
so... why do you multiply your gravity by half your delta?
then multiply again by your delta

@Jon It's called verlet integration
More accurate than doing it all at once with euler

9:21 PM
@androidmaster 4chan is where I got my start on the internet
we are legion, after all

@Trufa A naive approach: If you aren't jumping velocity is 0; When you jump you set your velocity in whatever way moves your character up. In your code I think that techincally means subtract velocity but I could be wrong. Then you let gravity act upon this new velocity naturally and your character will eventually slow down, very momentarily stop, and then start moving in the opposite directoin

@ShotgunNinja Oh no, but atleast bronies came from there so it must be okay
Brony hoof /)

velocity = gravity + velocity;
velocity = jumpmodifier + velocity;
position = position + velocity * deltaTime;

@Jon here's a great explanation

with verlet integration, the results are different; often more desirable. But I feel like it makes no sense at all.

Jon
yeah i saw this before

Man it's like the eye of the storm

Jon
in practice you wouldn't really see much of a difference

the graph, so it actually does make things more accurate, wow.

Oh no my brother uninstall the java jdk
I cant open eclipse

9:23 PM
@MickLH random game dev conversation before more chocolate bananas take us over?
And there it goes lol
I was too slow

lol

@androidmaster Protip: never share a computer with your brother

@SpartanDonut I didn't quite get you

Jon
i never had chocolate covered bacon

Bacon-filled chocolate is good
a bit stringy
but good

9:24 PM
@ShotgunNinja I have the share this computer, its the only computer I have that can run games without lag

Jon
chocolate covered cranberries
miam

You are bad people for bringing that up while I can't has

@androidmaster then just reinstall the Java JDK, lol

I am lol

ok then

Jon
9:25 PM
problem solved.

now slap your brother

i cant do that
am a good christian

why not?

Jon
my brother used to punch the monitor when the computer didn't work...

actually catholic

9:25 PM
@SpartanDonut I'm re-reading, see if I can make sense of it

Catholics slap people all the time.

???
they do?

I would probably punch a baby for a box of burned bacon covered in chocolate with bits of toffee and with a thin dusting of powdered salt

@Jon that used to fix problems

@androidmaster Try and keep religion out of the room, people won't take kindly to it
@MickLH Hey Mick

9:25 PM
Source: Former catholic, I used to get in fights with my brother

Jon
LOL, catholics murdered people in the past..

Ever hear of the Crusades?

Jon
so it means its okay.. so as long as the person you are killing is a peagan

@hasherr sup hash deezy

@hasherr dont worry am not saying anything bad,

9:26 PM
I'm just warning you

I know

Catholics are one of the most violent and domineering groups in the world, lol

The last time somebody tried to associate religion with the room, it didn't turn out well

@androidmaster you didn't know lol

Mostly because when they do bad shit, they have huge numbers behind them

9:26 PM
If you knew you wouldn't have started it

Jon
religion has no part here

You started it already, see

@MickLH Know what?

@Trufa for simplicity, y > 0 means the object is moving up. y < 0 means the object is falling. y=0 means the object is neither moving up or down. When it jumps you could set velicity on y to be 10 pixels / second. First frame it would move up 10 pixels! Add gravity which we'll set to -1pixel/second for simplicity, and the next frame you will only move up 9 pixels, this continues until you've reached the top of the jump where it will move zero pixels, followed by -1, -2, and so on

lol

9:27 PM
last time it went to talking about slaughtering animals

:|

-_________-

it jsut cganed form aguuuu to :\

Jon
i killed a frog once when I was a kid... shouldn't of done that

9:28 PM
:D

@MickLH Hash Swag

I accidentally closed the garage door on a frog once

Jon
damn thing didn't stop moving no matter how many times I hit it

am just waiting for my jdk to reinstall

I think I got a racoon with my garage door one day

9:28 PM
...

I was forced to run over a dear carcass about a month ago

I've killed two cats and few rabbits by running over them with a car, not on purpose of course

And a squirrel hung itself in my garage

Jon
I saw a fox run across the street the other day
i wanted it

9:28 PM
as a pet?
u can actually do that

Jon
as my best friend

@SpartanDonut ohhh now that makes sense

@Jon what does the fox say?

Middle of the night. A car was in the other lane coming from the opposite direction. The shoulder was... lets say you didn't want to drive off it. And all of a sudden... DEER CARCASS IN THE ROAD. -_-

Jon
9:29 PM
Let me tell you bout mah best friend

@ShotgunNinja My brother is streaming HD videos, now the jdk will never download

@Trufa I tried to say it without math but apparently I didn't do a great job :P
Glad you got it now

@androidmaster Where do you think you are, You don't just go and write the next Call of Duty without a genuine love for killing first

Jon
you ran over the carcasse?

@SpartanDonut let me experiment with the actual implementation and I'll report back

9:30 PM
I did

Jon
damn

@MickLH What did i say?

@Trufa Sounds good

@SpartanDonut thanks a lot for the help :)

this chat suddendly became a bit hectic

Jon
9:31 PM
heretic

@Jon car is fine I'm pretty sure. Haven't ran out of any fluids and no funny noises anyway. Just some hair bits stuck to the bottom and a funny smell for a while. Seems to be all better now. We'll see what they say next time I get my oil change.

I'm having trouble following

Jon
lol

also heretic, yes

Jon
well thats good

9:31 PM
@androidmaster Download the Cain Enabler, and use it to kick him off the router
so much fun

wouldnt that be mean

Hey people. Could I get a quick refresh on Delta Time ? :) Right now I am just updating the players position each loop by adding 1. How do I do this via delta time again?

@OliverSchöning Multiply by delta time :P

1 * deltatime

@OliverSchöning current milliseconds - last frame milliseconds = delta time
1 * delta time

9:32 PM
@ShotgunNinja And in order to download that I have wait for teh jdk to install first...

@androidmaster Yes, and if it were done outside the home, potentially illegal

thanks!

@Lasse Why *1

@androidmaster he wanted 1

9:32 PM
It's speed * deltatime. Current speed is 1

yeah I said 1 to make easy

or velocity, or whatever term of choice

or you could use what this ridiculous microsoft interface uses. The number of 100 nanosecond intervals since Midnight January 1, 1601
Microsoft FileTime!
who needs milliseconds

5 seconds remaining... 2 minutes remaining... 1:59 remaining... 5:39 remaining...

Jon
instead of ticks, get a atomic clock and package it with every game you sell

9:33 PM
++

@Evan what the hell are you working on

@Lasse Yeah, pretty much.

Yay jdk finished

about time
you need a new computer

why 1601

9:34 PM
now I can go and implement opengl rendering

Xbone. File time we use when dumping DVR captures on crash

@SpartanDonut Wait wait wait
Didnt I say that a while ago

Yes
I was joking because you said it a while ago

Now that I think about it, I should just ungrade the cpu?
and get a solid state drive

Jon
get a standalone defragmenting machine

9:35 PM
why

Jon
nice desk ornament

I've been using this laptop for three years, and it's still kicking well

@Jon wait really or are you trolling me
@Lasse is it a mac?

linux does wonders for computer usable timespan
no

@androidmaster Lol, will OpenGL even work on that kind of hardware? What are you running?

9:36 PM
@androidmaster Really. Defragmenting machines look soooo cool

Am runnign windows 8

Hardware wise?

I like to offload my disk defragmentation to another PC so I can continue to work while it defrags.

I'm using linux, no need for defragmenting. only lesser OSes do that
2

let me check i got AMD Radeon, 64 bit operatiing system and 8 gb ram

9:37 PM
LINUX MASTER RACE
@androidmaster Oh, so why do you need a new machine?

Mine was a joke

@hasherr It still slow for rendering in blender

Not sure how you would defrag an HDD on a different PC without physically moving the HDD to another PC

lmfao he didn't say anything about the speed of his computer
Radeon might mean Radeon 7000 PCI

3.2 Ghz
quad core
And its exactly AMD A8-500 APU

Jon
9:38 PM
you know what they say about guys with 3.2ghz quad cores.

@Jon I dont really know anyone who talks about quad cores

@androidmaster there we go, this is the useful bit

hahahaha

@MickLH Only one of my friends at school really knows about computers

9:39 PM
That was such a funny response to me for some reason...

Everyone else reads books/watch movies and music

sounds not interactive

Jon
really what o they say about quad cores
I need to build up my knownledge

Jon
lol

ohhhhhhhhh myyyyy

9:40 PM
by interacting with serperior beings

Jon
was a joke.

oh
...

we are funny people here
Mick just kind of looks funny but we let him stick around

Hehe get it
"stick around"

WOW you guys show had been mean to me before

9:41 PM
not funny Mick

I just realized theres a raspberry pi forums on stack exchange

Jon
really?

you guys should had told me it was off topic and leave

Jon
link

and go there

9:41 PM
I didn't know there was

also it's not a forum, it's Q&A site

^

Jon
cool thanks

same thing to me

9:41 PM
Then I guess I'll just have to report you for being off topic

NOT THE SAME THING AT ALL

okay then :(

not even remotely

joking again

I got banned already for asking bad questions

9:42 PM
hahaha called it

Well that's trouble

that's like saying a vector is like a pick up truck because they both have 4 wheels.

So I waited a year to get smarter and made another account
and now I have 128 rep
on stackoverflow

Circumventing a ban? :O

Lol wtf is going on

9:42 PM
uh oh

@Almo I think it's more like saying an apple is like a pickup trick because they both have 4 vectors?

We're talking about bans

hahahah

Jon
how do you get banned anyways?
I posted porn in here and didn't get banned

ASking bad questions

9:43 PM
I meant Vector. the aluminum car

and my rep went too down

Don't do that

Jon
lol, i'm exagerating :)

it was on my old account

@Almo That's how I read it, but I thought those are too closely related :P

9:43 PM
ah ok :)
:)

@SpartanDonut OMG, it's beautiful!

hey guys

Jon
so you can get banned for asking a bad question really?

@Trufa no. YOU'RE beautiful.

random music drop

9:44 PM
is visual studio express any good?

Jon
yes

it's better than nothing

I didnt bother after seeing the license and need to register

It's better than most things

9:44 PM
@SpartanDonut if I get rich and famous with this game, I'll credit you ;) (don't get your hopes up too much though)

eclipse?

The better choice being visual studio pro

eclipse is crap, except if you do java

Jon
nothing beats visual studio for a programming gui

@Trufa If my name isn't in the credits you'll be speaking to my lawyer

9:44 PM
but it's still bad
even for java

@Evan am a poor 15 year old, pro is too much

Yeah no I understand, I use express myself at home as well

@Lasse T.T eclipse has been here since I started to guide me

@SpartanDonut deal

Just bought pro... decided I was too cool for express

Jon
9:45 PM
only problem with eclipse is that it is written in java :)

@SpartanDonut You have a job, I dont....
@Jon are you a C++ troll?

@androidmaster what language are you actually using? the best ide depends greatly on that

Maybe I won the lottery
How dare you accuse me of having a job

@androidmaster But yeah, all jokes aside I'm around pretty often

Man, a Cintiq, and now VS Pro :p

9:46 PM
I use java

Eclipse or netbeans are fine for the hobby developer. If I had to use eclipse (or write java for that matter) all day long I think I would go crazy

Ferrari next?

Haha. Same day purchase actually

but am going to learn C++, C#, Python and Lua during the summer

I seriously can't believe how good that looks

Jon
9:46 PM
I wrote java in notepad++

when I have no school

I made the mistake of looking at the bank account and the calendar on the same day

@androidmaster I liked IntelliJ idea really much

@Lasse thats too expensive

@androidmaster visual studio is really great for c++ and C#
@androidmaster it's got free version

9:47 PM
@Lasse But the license and agreement....

Jon
?

what about them?

@androidmaster You live in the US?

I like use open source software though they're not very good often
@Serial Yes i live in us

Well thats a battle you are going to have to have with yourself

9:47 PM
You said you were 15?

You can use clang/gcc with cmake and some text editor as well
but your pipeline is going to be terrible unless you put a lot of time into it

@androidmaster then there's monodevelop for C#, which is the next best thing from the open source world

Cmake? I never heard that before

Nice, there are quite a few frequent teens in this room @androidmaster

9:48 PM
At least, once your project is anythign beyond trivial

Jon
15? you should use this: scratch.mit.edu

Hey guys

@Jon :( please stop trolling me

Jon
ehehe, ok, glad to see youth interesting in coding truly though

:( can't get this scrollbar to go away

9:49 PM
@Noctrine overflow: hidden

@Lasse Thank you so much Lasse, I was looking for something like this for C#

@Jon hahaha scratch!

@Lasse Does this come with a compiler?

There is like a pixel unaccounted for somewhere....

There are alot of teens here jon hah

9:49 PM
@androidmaster yes

I don't want any scroll at all

@Noctrine overflow: hidden

I AM twenTEENS too!

:D even better, now I dont have to worry about the wrong compiler
@BlueBug AM A BRONY

@BlueBug you're in your 30s? :P

9:50 PM
Visual studio express is great. I've been using it since I learned C++

wait whats a twenTEENS

hurhurhur

@androidmaster there is me @hasherr, @Pip, @Grey and @joapet99

it's 20+10 or something

Twenty teens? 200 years?

9:50 PM
nvm I found it on the urban dictionary

Jon
300 is my guess.

me no brony, twenTeens means spiritual teen at age twen---something. me age twen-ty-thousands!!!

@Serial Also me! :)
I'm 16

@Lasse want perfect :|

ahh yes you too then!

9:51 PM
At some point it should be able to scroll :\

@Lokkij 16 here as well.

@Noctrine reopen/refresh page?

Im a teen too

@Noctrine table inside the element?

Jon
you want it to scroll, but not have a scroll bar?

9:51 PM
you are demanding impossible @Noctrine

@hasherr you're 16?

Yeah.

nothing is perfect

@hasherr what languages do you know?

@SpartanDonut one more question if you don't mind, what should I (generally speaking) name the variable that sets the minus velocity, is it like force or something like that?

9:52 PM
Building a responsive control panel thing. At some point it should be able to scroll - but right now there shouldn't be any option to scroll

@Trufa is that for the gravity?

I've done it before. But now there is like this weird 2-3 pixel bar at the bottom that's messing it up

Jon
@Trufa Friction?

@Trufa I assume in your case -y is up and +y is down?

@androidmaster Java, mainly

9:53 PM
@hasherr okay... i only know java and javascript...

@Lasse no, what counteracts gravity

Jon
damper

@Lasse Lasse

@Trufa jump?
@androidmaster aye?

you're very smart what languages do you know? (All of them)

9:53 PM
@Trufa Force is fine. JumpForce if you want to be more specific. I think I've even used JumpPower before

@androidmaster knowing a lot of languages doesn't make you a great programmer

Name stuff whatever makes sense to you if you aren't working on a team

I always call it JumpVelocity when I do it that way

You should be able to look at it and remember in 2 months what its used for

@SpartanDonut but shouldn't it include something like velocity in it's name, because it is in fact affectin velocity,

9:54 PM
@Hjorthenify I know that but I want to see the languages he knows, he seems to be very skilled

@androidmaster QBASIC, Visual Basic, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Lua, C#, python, PHP, Perl, uhh.. I can't think any more

QBASIC xD

@Trufa Mick seems to agree with you :P

@MickLH yep, that makes more sense

Whatever you want really :)

9:55 PM
Hm... rounding delta-time would defeat the purpose of it? I am not a fan of those numbers: 15.560999999999998

If you call something a "Force" you really should scale it by the object's mass before injecting it into the velocity

and that's if you don't count html and xml as programming languages

Okay thats good, my list of to learn was C, C++, C# and Lua and Python

@MickLH correct, I like jump velocity

Jon
Can't party without a little Lua

9:55 PM
@MickLH damn you! We're making games not physics sims! Let me name my player object "CookieBear" or else!

@SpartanDonut I got black magic in my code

it turned out.... COCONUT SCENT DEODORANT! exist

@Jon too bad I just dont like the fact that lua/python dont use curly braces

Jon
lol

Or semi colons

9:56 PM
holy shit that was a lot of space, I didn't expect that

// Black magic
GC.Collect();

@OliverSchöning You can accumulate your delta time into a variable, and every time it's above 1.0, pull 1 out and do a fixed timestep

There

Jon
i believe you

That's damn black magic

9:56 PM
@Lasse hahahaha

Haha

Room is active today, Jeez

@androidmaster I know Python and I have a fair understanding or C# but I'm not great at it

Wooo got it

Gotta get that garbage!

Jon
9:56 PM
call gc.collect() in your Update()

I wish you could do that in real life....

wait guys in C++

@MickLH Ah. Alright thanks. Better that I think.

can you do the garbage collection your self?

Any drawbacks with that?

Jon
9:57 PM
no... you can force the GC to do the collection
But you can't do it yourself.

@OliverSchöning I know that method is pretty standard, I think unity called it FixedTimestep or something similar

Yes Androidmast

@Noctrine share please

I'm not calling it in my update()

Cool. I google a bit.

9:58 PM
you CAN do the garbage collection yourself, but its preffered to make use of smart pointers

i'm calling it on my background worker thread only when I do some really hard work (in this case allocating gigabytes of memory)

@SpartanDonut One of the form windows in another part of the layout wasn't set to the proper box model

But I am doing delta time right ?
var last = new Date();
function gameLoop () {
    setTimeout(gameLoop, gameLoopSpeed );
    var now = new Date();
    var dt = (now - last) / 1000;

    player.position.x += player.speed * dt;

    last = now;
}

temporary memory, to be added

But the height was passing through everything else, so the 1px border on the top and bottom created the little bar

9:58 PM
@Lasse Wait, do i have to install any libraries or stuff to be able to make simple games in C# with monodeveloper or does C# have like a standrad library with the basics?

@androidmaster you need monogame or opentk

@OliverSchöning I think you can get smoother performance by replacing setTimeout with requestAnimationFrame

err
fix'd

@Lasse monogame? Oh no nvm am not going to use C#

what?
monogame is C#

Jon
9:59 PM
well.. unity uses Mono/MonoDevelop

@Noctrine you referring to like... the display property? I don't know what you mean by changing the box model otherwise
