Jan 15, 2021 16:54
One second i will send to you the code
Jan 15, 2021 16:53
It would be something like this
Jan 15, 2021 16:53
Jan 15, 2021 16:52
Is it make sense to you? If yes tell me to send to you the code and update my answer
Jan 15, 2021 16:52
Do you got it?
Jan 15, 2021 16:51
see bro,
I can confirm that the build-in code for org chart checks on the Name that currently holds this value "[items[i]['Title'] + '</br>' + items[i]['JobTitle']"
this value doesn't have a corresponding manager name so that it only shows one level and you can't add any additional info

However, I would suggest showing job title as tooltip instead of title (Name) to avoid mismatching manager name
Jan 15, 2021 16:40
One moment please, I understand why you got this result, and I am trying to check something on my side to fix this behavior or at least tell and confirm you why you got this result :)
Jan 15, 2021 16:37
I got it!
Jan 15, 2021 16:35
are you here?
Jan 15, 2021 16:34
On your side, you said the title field is text, so how you can set joye as a manager of Mike
Jan 15, 2021 16:33
what's also the structure of the manager list to can try it from my side?
Jan 15, 2021 16:31
Could you try this
data.addRow([items[i]['JobTitle'],items[i]['Manager']['Title'],'']);
Jan 15, 2021 16:25
Howerver, as a kind of investigation let me check what you have already added on your sie!
Jan 15, 2021 16:25
I think the issue may be related to the data, not the code
Jan 15, 2021 16:25
Also, please share with me the piece of code that you already added in your end
Jan 15, 2021 16:23
Actually, I didn't perform any additional changes in the code else that I have mentioned in my answer, so could you please rollback our new code and use the old code with the current data and check if you got the same result or not!
Jan 15, 2021 16:22
No problem, you are welcome, and I hope I can help you to get it completely worked
Jan 15, 2021 16:21
Hi devon,
Jan 15, 2021 16:21
@Devon this would happen if you have provided an incorrect Job_Title field name, please, check the updated answer and feedback us!

Where?!!, can you see again :D

Jan 6, 2021 14:36
actually, Microsoft doesn't say that in its documentation, or I can't find this in the DOC, however, we have confirmed this point today, thank you ♥. I also have updated the answer and mentioned this point to be helpful for the coming users. and as I informed you check the network issue and make sure that the SQL port is opened and accessiable from SP server instead of creating a new VM, Good Luck
Jan 6, 2021 14:25
I updated my answer with some articles to check connectivity so, If you can check the network issue with the network admin it would be easier than building a new VM
Jan 6, 2021 14:16

Jan 6, 2021 14:06
Do you have access to the DB server
Jan 6, 2021 14:06
Is it removed now from the control panel or it still listed in programs!
Jan 6, 2021 14:06
What about the uninstallation wizard itself, Is it stuck to complete? or what happened?
Jan 6, 2021 14:06
Have you tried to uninstall SharePoint from Control Panel? if YES, so what's the error that you have faced?

Jan 3, 2021 02:36
I am sorry for the delayed response,
As I informed you, you should have a default value for the empty column (budget) because your format has a calculation that depends on it!
If we have excluded such calculation it would work as I provided you the small format. otherwise, the current format in my answer should work with you for the budget column with 0 values!
I tried to do my best to help so if you have found a better solution please post it, otherwise, I have explained the issue and the workaround and the format, so you should Mark the answer as accepted if it's only the current solution
Jan 3, 2021 01:22
I will send something for you will solve this issue as a workaround
