see bro,
I can confirm that the build-in code for org chart checks on the Name that currently holds this value "[items[i]['Title'] + '</br>' + items[i]['JobTitle']"
this value doesn't have a corresponding manager name so that it only shows one level and you can't add any additional info

However, I would suggest showing job title as tooltip instead of title (Name) to avoid mismatching manager name

actually, Microsoft doesn't say that in its documentation, or I can't find this in the DOC, however, we have confirmed this point today, thank you ♥. I also have updated the answer and mentioned this point to be helpful for the coming users. and as I informed you check the network issue and make sure that the SQL port is opened and accessiable from SP server instead of creating a new VM, Good Luck

I am sorry for the delayed response,
As I informed you, you should have a default value for the empty column (budget) because your format has a calculation that depends on it!
If we have excluded such calculation it would work as I provided you the small format. otherwise, the current format in my answer should work with you for the budget column with 0 values!
I tried to do my best to help so if you have found a better solution please post it, otherwise, I have explained the issue and the workaround and the format, so you should Mark the answer as accepted if it's only the current solution…
