A: Google Organization Chart from SharePoint list items

Mohamed El-Qassas MVPYou just need to concatenate items[i]['Title'] with items[i]['Job_Title'] at below line. data.addRow([items[i]['Title'] +'</br>' + items[i]['Job_Title'],items[i]['Manager']['Title'],'']); The Output based on my test The full code <script src="http://www.gstatic.com/charts/loader.js" type="text/...

Thank you for the answer Mohamed. While it makes sense to resolve my issue, unfortunately, I am not getting the intended result. The job titles are showing up as "undefined" and the hierarchy is broken. Please see the image link for the org chart before and after. link
@Devon this would happen if you have provided an incorrect Job_Title field name, please, check the updated answer and feedback us!
Thank you for the update Mohamed. I double-checked the field name in "Column Settings" and noticed while the Column name was Job_Title the field was actually JobTitle. Now my job titles are showing up correctly. However, I am still left with the broken hierarchy as shown in the link in my first comment.
Hello Mohamed, sorry for the extended discussion

No problem, you are welcome, and I hope I can help you to get it completely worked
Thank you for the support!
Actually, I didn't perform any additional changes in the code else that I have mentioned in my answer, so could you please rollback our new code and use the old code with the current data and check if you got the same result or not!
Also, please share with me the piece of code that you already added in your end
I think the issue may be related to the data, not the code
Howerver, as a kind of investigation let me check what you have already added on your sie!
Here is what I have added to the code
data.addRow([items[i]['Title'] + '</br>' + items[i]['JobTitle'],items[i]['Manager']['Title'],'']);
If I change that line to:
data.addRow([items[i]['Title'],items[i]['Manager']['Title'],'']);
The hierarchy goes back to normal
Could you try this
data.addRow([items[i]['JobTitle'],items[i]['Manager']['Title'],'']);
what's also the structure of the manager list to can try it from my side?
On your side, you said the title field is text, so how you can set joye as a manager of Mike
are you here?
Sorry I was uploading an image to show you what it looks like
Before I made the change you just suggested, this is what it looked like i.imgur.com/83f6PRW.png

I got it!
After I made the change you suggested, this is what it now looks like i.imgur.com/RvTbMJV.png
Now I am preparing the image of the list to show you
Here is the SharePoint custom list i.imgur.com/joCwUvW.png
One moment please, I understand why you got this result, and I am trying to check something on my side to fix this behavior or at least tell and confirm you why you got this result :)
Thank you!

see bro,
I can confirm that the build-in code for org chart checks on the Name that currently holds this value "[items[i]['Title'] + '</br>' + items[i]['JobTitle']"
this value doesn't have a corresponding manager name so that it only shows one level and you can't add any additional info

However, I would suggest showing job title as tooltip instead of title (Name) to avoid mismatching manager name
Do you got it?
Yes I understand
Is it make sense to you? If yes tell me to send to you the code and update my answer
It would be something like this
Yes It makes sense to me
One second i will send to you the code
Please check this
data.addRow([items[i]['Title'],items[i]['Manager']['Title'],items[i]['Job_Title']]);
I will update my answer with the new code for the tooltip to be helpful for others!
Thank you again! You were a big help!
