Is there a limit to how fast I can do damage to a mob or player using a weapon, such as a sword? If so, what are those limits?

@fbueckert I've found that most doctors offices here are very behind the times technologically in everything except the medicine/techniques they use.

@badp I've worked in a company with a technology deficiency. Not staying up to date tells you something about their corporate culture and attitudes.

Actually, I don't know of any doctors / dentists that accept online payments - they don't usually let you run a tab - you pay before you leave, or else.
