@Spevacus There are improved UIs for flag-handling, including comment flag handling. I'll plug
my own, which has been a continual building on top of something Shog9 originally wrote for Monica. I can barely stand to handle flags without it installed. You are welcome to give it a shot. I'm happy to take feedback on it. I don't think any non-SO mod has ever tried it, so there might be some bugs, especially with respect to how it fits into the UI/color scheme. As a quick demo,
here is what it looks like for comment flags. Flags are displayed inline with the comments, demarcated by a colored line, and text that tells you who the flagger was and what the reason they gave was. You can dismiss the flag inline, or delete the comment. Comment delete buttons are all lined up so you can click them more easily when reading a series of comments. It's designed for doing what I believe is
proper comment moderation, which requires reading (at least skimming) the whole thread so that your deletion(s) preserve context.
