In the meantime, when you simply have too many good things (e.g., good health, wealth, contentment, lots of friends, nice things/stuff--however you define them), you say "I have an embarrassment of riches!" The thought is that your possessing all these seemingly positive things is, perhaps, something to be embarrassed about.
