I recommend always using Ignore, unless you're dealing with a spammer.

I've played the Elder Scrolls, incl. Skyrim, Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, Neverwinter Nights, World of Warcraft, Assassins Creed, The Witcher 1 & 2 and I have acquired 3, the DragonAge series . . . too many to remember them all.

I did all the DLC on that game. Was great.

I played through Fallout: New Vegas and didn't like it as well. I got all the way to the end and I couldn't finish the final battle, even knocking the playing strength down from Difficult to Easy.

There were some skills I needed in my skill tree that were essential to finishing the game. I wish someone had warned me about that. All in all, not the greatest experience.
