On June 28, he answered 1 question. It got 2 votes. He got 200 rep, and then another 40 or more votes that were capped.

People don't just serial upvote him.

It is a lot of people just coming and his answer solves their problem - it's happened to me a few times.

Plus, he still is active, so I'm sure that helps somewhat.
