I've accepted this answer because it reflects both on avoiding and de-escalating the situation. It provides me ways to improve, and I agree with the points. In fact, I've tried something like the 1st and 2nd points, but the "500 Euros" was already set in my girlfriend's mind. While that could mean she was arguing in bad faith, I don't think she has a problem with me and only me, she can have bad fights with her friends too.
