Asking for answers isn't as big of a deal if you're asking the right audience and in the right way... there's a huge difference between OMG, why isn't anyone answering my awesome question... come on people, stop chatting and go answer it and Hi! Could someone look at my question and help me improve it so that I can get answers? It's really important to me and I'm not sure where I've made a mistake.

Are they asking how to deal with situations when the girlfriend wants to facetime but they need alone time or want to play video games? Are they trying to get the girlfriend to open up? The situations they give in the question all seem to be geared toward asking a different question (to me at least)

I think OP needs to pick something specific to ask and trim the question down to be about the question. It's a bit of an info dump as it stands
