Personally, I'm not going to be flagging much unless it's flagrant. there seems to be no clear guidelines for NLN and too chatty. Not gonna get my flagging privileges suspended.

@TheSnarkKnight I don't there is suspension for declined comment flags. there is however a ban on getting post flags declined a few in a short succession.

@JarkoDubbeldam I've had... ~100 comment flags declined network-wide, I'd guess. Compared to ~7,000-~10,000 (I'm too lazy to figure out what percentage of my flags are on comments vs posts) marked helpful. So don't worry too much.

@EmC I've been accused of swallowing a dictionary on more than one occasion. I found the situation to be so pernicious that I deliberately curtailed my verbosity and diminished my vocabulary to mollify those around me.
