@Mithrandir I think that'd be a good question to ask, but you'd have to specify discussing your IPS moderation abilities - not other abilities - for the question to be meaningful. And, according to Catija, within the topic of moderation skill sets,
are you talking about being a SE network expert, a subject matter expert, or a "chaos monkey". What I had worried about was a moderator's subject matter expertise (or lack thereof), based on my own work in IPS with a professional psychologist in the past - so, a set of "minimum requirements" was on my mind, but apparently those expectations are wildly off the mark, compared to what this SE site actually offers.
@Mithrandir I also think in general - and related to Tinkeringbell's meta question - people may be coming to an IPS site with expectations that are way off the mark. And perhaps they don't return because of this ... I dunno, though ...

@D.Hutchinson I think we've established that he is not a mod on IPS, so what is your issue then?

@Mithrandir but yeah, I think your concerns would make a good question on the main site (or in meta, I'm not sure which you were referring to).

@D.Hutchinson he quoted what his title would be, and this would also not necessarily mean mod abilities etc. I think people in the IT field get hit the hardest by that problem.
> How do I effectively get people to look past my age when considering my abilities, if they know how old I am?

@WELZ I am giving feedback to the question that Mithrandir is considering asking; also, I don't feel your intentions are to have constructive dialogue with me, so I'm not interested.

1:34 AM
Whatever rocks your boat

@ArtOfCode @Tinkeringbell I sleep at weird hours only because I was in between semesters at school. We've had a month long winter break, but school started today, and I start teaching next week, so I'll have no choice but to go back to a more normal sleep schedule :(

Mkay

Yeah :(
@HenryWHHackv2.1.1 and I have missed you, btw ... we've not seen you around :)
I'm going to post an answer to tinkeringbell's meta question ...
be back later

2:05 AM
@Mithrandir one last thing: I reread my messages to you and: when I said "according to Catija...", truly, it's according to Shog, I believe. (on the topic of hiring a set of moderators for a new SE site.)

What's new and exciting?

@apaul I saw the list of topics I'll be teaching this semester - it's gonna be fun :)
advanced topics that undergrads will get to dabble with early on ... and not have to wait until, say, grad school or even later in their lives ...

2:22 AM
@D.Hutchinson o_O?

Right

user15026
@apaul Tonight was aquafit with a friend and now it is time to watch Star Trek: Discovery

@HenryWHHackv2.1.1 :)

@Ash Nice, I'm still holding out for them to release Discovery on a bigger platform cough Netflix cough

user15026
@apaul Here it's on CraveTV so it works out

2:28 AM
@Ash oh, lucky
I've been getting things together for the Burn this weekend EXCITE

user15026
Burn?

As in Burning Man, but it's a local one
Well not exactly local, but it's in FL.

@AJ do you have an absolute favorite movie scene?
(I see you're a high-rep user on Movies)

A J
There are many.
I can't really sort them.

What about in Heat, where Deniro and Pacino are at the diner, meeting for coffee?

2:51 AM
@apaul Oh, wow, that happened quickly.
You have your outfit figured out?

@Mithrandir I could have sworn that we've had that asked . . . and that I answered it . . . but my memory is clearly wrong. I think it's be a good question.

A J
@D.Hutchinson didn't watch that movie.
AFK

@Catija A few, Thurs night through Sunday morning.

3:15 AM
@Catija here's what I was talking about, regarding Piazza: piazza.com
it's a Q&A platform that's pretty popular now, at least at our school ...
students post questions anonymously (or not, it's their choice) and professors love answering questions on it, because they will have answered many other students' questions too, with one answer post.
still fairly new - but I had wondered the other night whether something like Piazza could slow down the number of questions being asked on Stack Exchange ...
as far as I know, it's free to use

user15026
@D.Hutchinson There have been various knockoffs as it were of SE and so far it's not suffered

@Ash that's interesting ...

1 hour later…
4:32 AM
Fun times.

So, what's your wardrobe like?

@Catija Mostly a heavily accessorized version of my usual.
More color than usual? Oh and I found lights for my backpack.

Ooh, that could be fun... color is always good.

Target had battery powered LED strands :)
@Catija Eh, color is difficult, but I'm trying to "branch out"

Are you colorblind?
My uncle is... color is a challenge for him.

4:39 AM
Nah, just curmudgeonly
I own BRIGHT colors now. It's new and strange.

You're way too young to be a curmudgeon.
Ugh, not any of those neon colors from the early 90s?

@Catija Does neon pink and green count?

Yeah.
... but as long as you're happy :D

My friend is making me a "pussy hat" with some neon pink...
And the neon green is just socks. Socks don't count, right?

HAHA... no, socks are allowed to be whatever color you like. And the hats are supposed to be pink.

user15026
4:44 AM
@apaul nah, my socks never match anything and are always fun patterns and such

@Catija Neon though...
I'm trying. But ya, it's a stretch.

@Ash I don't wear them often, but when I do, they often don't even match each other. :P

@Ash I can rock some argyle.
My friend's band had a rule. "You're not metal if you don't wear black socks." Mostly a stage thing, but they'd bust on each other with sock checks.
They're the reason I love Metalocalypse.

user15026
@Catija I only wear them if I have to, they mostly match but they're happy bright colours mostly

@Ash I'm guessing that you need to wear them more than I do. :P I wear the shoes I posted on instagram today about 90% of the time.

5:29 AM
So... That's unsettling.... If anyone wants to become mildly afraid of the internet watch Ingrid Goes West.
Was all like "Oh, it's that one from Parks and Rec, this should be funny." Funny, but really dark.

user15026
6:03 AM
@Catija unfortunately yes, the colder weather means socks are pretty much required if I leave my house. But in my house, or homes of people I know won't care, no socks.

@apaul wow, the burn is this weekend already? Have fun!
As for socks uhmmmm... I wear socks ;) But I have no idea what color they are. Probably black

g'morning, @Tinkeringbell :)

@Tinkeringbell Morning

I meant to post an answer to your meta question but haven't gotten to it :(
(and also, that last answer by EmC was pretty good ... )

Would it be unethical for me to nominate an answer?

6:15 AM
@apaul if not your own, why would it be?
@D.Hutchinson I was just about to ask where it went ;)
@D.Hutchinson I agree... Although she seems to have misinterpreted part of my worries, I'll leave a comment once I'm off mobile

@Tinkeringbell Because I'm putting up rep, seems like a conflict of interest. The single nomination is beginning to worry me...

So far both answers are good, but Em's gives some info on how to reach people... Which is what I was after
@apaul I did it last time though... Nominating and putting up rep. The answer won ;)
@apaul well... I already got the impression from the two metas that preceeded it that people weren't very interested any more

A J
Mornin!

@Tinkeringbell Kinda the sense I'm getting.

@Tinkeringbell yeah, sorry :( been sooo lazy today ...
but I have an interesting answer, based on things you, mith, and catija have discussed ...

6:24 AM
@D.Hutchinson we'll see then :)

so I'll post soon :) though I feel it'll be downvoted aggressively, but luckily it's meta ... it's worth posting, I think ...
yeah :)

user15026
6:40 AM
Yay, asked my first question. Maybe someone can help me, because this is a thing that has made me feel pretty yucky today. :/

Q: How do I politely tell people that I don't have an answer to their personal question?

AshMy husband and I are working on immigration as right now we are in two different countries. It's a long process with a lot of unknowns and a lot of tricky personal stuff we have to go through and deal with. Understandably, a lot of people we know are excited for us to eventually be together, but ...

6:59 AM
@Ash well.. since the answers my meta question is getting.. I'll wait a little ;) question looks good to me though :)

user15026
7:20 AM
@Tinkeringbell thanks. I just wish I could also explain to people how complicated this is, but I have given up on that. So at least stemming this sort of thing would be nice!

@Ash So, what are you doing: Giving them as much info as you know (the max dates)... and then wait for them to ask more? Or are you more pro-active about it? :)

@Tinkeringbell I answered your recent meta question. I await the downvotes.

@Snow Oh.... runs over to meta to downvote stuff :P
Why is everyone thinking there's only ogres, grouches and grinches over at meta? :/

@Tinkeringbell because meta is almost by definition about opinions, and people tend to disagree with opinions more than with factual posts on main
@Snow good answer

Because meta questions imply change, and people don't like change. People only really respect opinions that match their own.
@JarkoDubbeldam Thanks. I really appreciate you saying that.

7:32 AM
Idk, my activity on IPS is kinda weird. I'm pretty much always in chat, but rarely post. I guess that's either a symptom or the problem itself
There just are very few questions where I think that I have something to add :/

NVZ
@JarkoDubbeldam You speak for many.
@Snow I see your point; nice meta.

@JarkoDubbeldam You're an inspiration. Many people just type to hear themselves clatter at the keyboard. It takes real discipline to only type only when you feel that you have something positive to contribute to the question/community.

@Ash there's an answer ;) I waited and apparently nobody else has some input for you :P
Well, you just did, you got upvotes. Now I don't want to hear people nagging about grouches again :)

Also, I'm glad there's at least two new faces answering that one, apparently it's possible to get people to be a community when putting it on meta :P I should have just made it a PSA: community wanted! :P

hmm, open questions are preferred to should I do A or B right?

NVZ
@JarkoDubbeldam that's the irony, yes.
I would have thought how/what should I do X? was broader than should I do X or not?

7:48 AM
yeah, I think it's more POB that's the issue than broadness

NVZ
but apparently, most users here don't think like i do.

so it's kinda difficult, I have a question where I can see two possible solutions, but to ask the question I would have to abstract those away :S

NVZ
@JarkoDubbeldam try with the how should I...? approach, cuz apparently that's what IPS allows.

@NVZ yep

NVZ
@JarkoDubbeldam if you were already set on choosing between narrowed down options A and B, that would be responded to with "we are not here to make your decisions for you". :P

7:52 AM
which I guess makes sense
so maybe just mention them to show own research effort

@NVZ Thanks for the edit. Sometimes my fingers don't grammarize correctly.

NVZ
@Snow I think you should stress the point about punishing answerers. I don't think we should punish answerers.

@JarkoDubbeldam Yeah I'd definitely do that. If you have worries about either method, mention those and maybe ask how to mitigate those?

I don't think we should punish questioners either. Ask for clarifications first, then shoot them. I'm ok with that.

NVZ
@Tinkeringbell I wish I knew how to write long meta answers. I have snippets and ideas to share, but I don't have the willpower to sit and write a coherent answer. Sad.

7:56 AM
hmm, I'm gonna have to take a stab at anonimising this though

NVZ
@JarkoDubbeldam feel free.

@NVZ Well, if you don't voice your concerns, you're not getting to complain when people decide otherwise. So you should really try to weigh those two against each other.
@Snow... Meh, why didn't I think of mentioning a blog :/ :P

NVZ
@Tinkeringbell the problem I often see are there is often a team of powerful writers on one side of the story, and they're very persuasive. Anything I have to share, I gulp down myself, and go home.

Then maybe comment on other answers, dissect them?

@Tinkeringbell You didn't mention a blog because you're not obstinate enough to suggest non-IPS solutions.

8:01 AM
@Snow I basically told someone to suck it up just yesterday! :P

NVZ
@Tinkeringbell I try, but often they're removed for being partial answers or something. Not specific to IPS, I'm saying.
Anyways, back to work. Tata

@Snow I do. lemme dig through that answer list of mine....
@NVZ On meta? strange....
Enjoy work :)
@Snow, there you go, an answer saying 'involve insurance' : interpersonal.stackexchange.com/a/6886/1599

Awesome!

So, that makes what? one in 50 ;) :P so there's a non IPS solution involved in 2 percent of the anwers I write :) That's pretty good :P

And it got tagged as the answer, so that's a double bonus right there.

8:07 AM
@Snow Hahaha oh yeah, I forgot about that ;)
I don't really notice that anymore...

morning

@Magisch good? morning?

@Tinkeringbell You're #4 in the user rankings. You're a god.

or just morning?
@Snow yeah, kneel. And make me a sandwich
2
Really, it doesn't really come with very special powers around here...

@Tinkeringbell I can't reach the worktop now.

8:12 AM
@Tinkeringbell do you aspire to moderate for IPS someday?

I would certainly add my vote to her nomination should an election transpire.

don't they need like a lot of help - mith said something like they deleted 18k comments and looked over some huge number of flags already.

iirc the current mods are handling it fine

@Snow I would too

@D.Hutchinson Nope
Turns out the IDs lie, my estimates were off
And no, they don't miss.... any flags, really.

8:16 AM
@Snow LOL :D

Oo I see ...

@D.Hutchinson not really. Now, I'm free to start a mutiny should the need arises. Once I'm a mod I can't... Then I'll just have to agree with the test of the mod team ;)

@NVZ hmm, ended up not posting it under my own account

yeah, I hear ya @Tinkeringbell

@JarkoDubbeldam creative username :P

8:19 AM
@Tinkeringbell I don't think the moderators have to agree necessarily
@Tinkeringbell sorry :x

@JarkoDubbeldam nope. But I think that when they do, it's not something you'll easily involve the rest of the community in...

@Tinkeringbell I've been a moderator a few times (and on big sites). you don't have to agree with the other moderators at all. Being you is what's more important. You only have to agree to govern by the rules. Even then, if you don't agree with a rule, you're not forced to enforce it.

this kind of is an issue that could cause a lot of drama if it were linked back to me

@JarkoDubbeldam oh shhh
.. don't mention it any further ;)

keeping your voice for when you need it to speak out is a great asset; it'd be harder to do as a moderator, I'd imagine ...
having to be impartial and whatnot ...

8:22 AM
@Snow hmm that's nice to know ;) still, I really like being free :)

uuuuuuh

Q: How to tell someone they're not welcome at an event you organise?

anonSo I am taking part in organising an event for around 100 man. One of the participants, let's call her Alice, is someone that demands a lot of attention, doesn't fit well in the group and takes a lot of time from the organising committee. Every past event ended in some kind of drama, either publi...

as a non-moderator, there's no need to be impartial, you can argue passionately for one side ...

so I posted the question and closed the tab
hmm, how to log back in xd

You can argue passionately for a side even if you're a mod

8:22 AM
you don't have to be on the sidelines and play the role of referee ...

You just need to temper your actions and not try to make policy all by yourself

@JarkoDubbeldam Ctrl shift t?

No moderator has gotten kicked for disagreeing or for arguing passionately for a position that ended up not prevailing. The only time it becomes problematic is if the moderator uses their special permissions to go against community consensus specifically

@Tinkeringbell I might've done it in an incognito window

@Snow I'll disagree that you don't have to enforce a rule if you don't agree with it.

NVZ
8:24 AM
@JarkoDubbeldam bad idea; having an anonymous account is fine, but you should've registered it in order to make edits later.

You have to enforce policy though, whether you agree with it or not
@JarkoDubbeldam suggest an anonymous edit and mention you're OP

If you don't, that causes things like this.
No, you don't have to always agree. But you do have to act consistently with the other mods, IMO.

@NVZ yep, I forgot to do that

@Mithrandir which is my thoughts exactly and why I'd rather stay free

NVZ
I hate herd mentality. I always try to stay out of the discussion; observe, and form an opinion of my own.

8:30 AM
@NVZ commenting is a bigger issue

NVZ
@JarkoDubbeldam 1. request account merge; or 2. ask to get the anon Q deleted; and ask with the registered account. Do expect some waiting period before being able to ask the second one, I think.

@NVZ I won't be herded, I won't be bullied, I have my own mind and I'm not afraid to use it.

NVZ
@Snow sounds like a nice rap lyrics

haha ...

@NVZ ugh, I messed up juggling the accounts anyways. Accidentally made an edit with this account

8:33 AM
NVZ ... that's hilarious ...

NVZ
@D.Hutchinson Yeah, cuz I'm hilarious like that. :)

@NVZ I was just listening to some epic biggie smalls freestyle, too

@NVZ Add a 'c' to that and remove the 'a' , and you'll be about right.

haha

NVZ
@Snow crp lyrics? :P

8:35 AM
@NVZ the 'a' before 'nice'
and remove the 'nice' too. lol

NVZ
@Snow you know, you could have just said "crap". :P

I had to make you work for it.

haha ...

Okay, time to figure out how to ask this question and what to focus on...

So this is really weird
you post a question as a guest, you get an email saying 'hey go register', and when you do, that turns into a separate account

A J
8:44 AM
afternoon!

good luck @Mithrandir
@AJ, btw, the movie Heat is very much worth your time to watch it :)
it's a bit underrated but really good ...

I answered that question of yours, jarko

yeah saw it thanks :)

My dumb answer would be "Give her something else to do".

Did I miss something here? Was I accidentally rude or something? interpersonal.stackexchange.com/a/9447/1599

8:57 AM
I always ignore single downvotes. They don't mean a thing.

Tim must've lost his keys again.

@Snow Yeah well if I get them without feedback and it's the first ever vote on something I wrote, I start to worry... :/

A J
@Mithrandir who is Tim?

@Mithrandir I was hoping it was that, and that the votes won't pile up

@AJ Tim Post, the Director of Community Development for Stack Overflow Inc.

A J
8:59 AM
@Mithrandir Oh

always fun, filling a mod flag box to the brim with the story on how badly you messed up :S

They can't really do much, you'd need a CM to merge the accounts

oh boy

A J
It's been a long time since I answered anything on IPS. :/

so should I contact them myself, or just let the mods pass it on?

9:03 AM
@JarkoDubbeldam linky for helpy

arigato

You're welcome. Sometimes the help pages are helpful.

answer is deleted. comments are now invisible to most users.

@Snow Yeah I hit a wrong button. Deleting it isn't nice, OP should have a chance to improve that one :/
I'll raise a mod flag I think...
@Magisch and @AJ, may I ask why you delete voted this? Why not leave it for the OP to improve? interpersonal.stackexchange.com/questions/9435/…
It didn't have any answers so it would have been automatically deleted anyway otherwise...

@Tinkeringbell was too broad and closed for more then 7 hours already, but I can see your point

@Magisch I can post stuff and go to bed ;) Help me undelete it, pretty please?

9:38 AM
It wasn't too broad. It's purely about how to interact with an acquaintance that you've not seen for some time. The OP supplied some options for interactions, I didn't see those as different scenarios.

A J
@Tinkeringbell This question would have invited answers in comments. That's why it's better to do that to avoid it. And there were less chances of improvements. However, if OP improves it, the question can be undeleted. There is nothing that can be undone here.

The OP doesn't have to improve that question. Anyone with the rep can edit it in order to improve it.

@AJ Tbh, we just need to flag those answers in comments and slap down the autocomment once we see even 1. We need to show people answers in comments aren't welcome here, not delete the question. That would be 'punishing' the wrong guy..

@Tinkeringbell aight

A J
@Snow Yes, but one has to totally change the body without consent of OP.

9:40 AM
I could try editing..... but we're really cautious about getting input from an OP here, and not just slapping our own interpretation of a question onto it. :/
We had some bad stuff happening in the past that has made me cautious...

@Tinkeringbell I think this might be worth trying though.

@JarkoDubbeldam Okay, I'll try...
Only if AJ promises to consider undeleting after that ;)

A J
@Tinkeringbell Hmm

I meant on a broader scale

A J
@Tinkeringbell I'll help undeleting it if it is improvedf

9:42 AM
just with the amount of questions that could be valid with some tinkering

To be honest, the point of the question seems somewhat obvious. I don't think it's unfair to edit the question to make it more suitable and then leave a comment asking the OP if it fits the expectations or not.

@Snow I think part of the fear is an OP returning to an edited question, rolling it back and thus invalidating a bunch of answers
although to that I say that the question could always be closed again should that happen

@AJ interpersonal.stackexchange.com/q/9435/1599 I'm not saying it's ready for reopening yet (I have a comment I still want an answer to). But this is what I made of it....

A J
already seen it

I think we need to know whether the other person noticed the OP

9:47 AM
That's a risk that's prevalent in all questions. This is why there's comments. Edit and clarify. Or you can just close things and walk away and expect people to write questions properly in future.

@Snow Well, I just hope people don't start reopening this now that's in the review queue (edit after it was closed)... And that free flag is still there ;)

@Tinkeringbell Nice edit there. The only question now is whether the OP is just passing the acquaintance or wants to stop and talk.

@Snow So that needs another comment :) Your turn :)

done.

Hmm... I'm having trouble fleshing out my question.
This is something I run into sometimes, as I'm 15 years old currently and a moderator on a SE site. Sometimes, people will doubt my abilities, especially online, when they become aware of my age (although people generally seem to think that I'm older, based on my writing style).

    It goes something like this:

    > **Me:** *\*mentions something about doing something IRL*\*
    **Other person**: Wait, how old are you? Isn't that like for kids?
    **Me**: Well... I *am* fifteen.
    **Other person**: Wait, really? Are you sure that you can do this? I'm not sure if I trust a teenager to b

9:53 AM
Just get rid of that sub
No need for everyone to know the drama ;)
I'd also just mention that you moderate an online community instead of SE site ;)

Good idea.
Still seems kinda short to me, though...

Short but sweet is sometimes better ;) ... So I'm guessing a bit but the goal seems to be that you feel you have to defend yourself and your abilities?
You might get questions asking you why you feel that way...

@Mithrandir a big wall of text can be uninviting as well tbh

Why you feel that you need to respond to it

So that they don't doubt me... Or if they encounter other young mods to sow seeds of doubt about them...
To help them not be so close-minded :p

9:58 AM
So, your goal would be to gain a certain degree of trust in your capabilities?

(unrelated: it's a bit weird to hear these kids singing in a language that I'm sure that none of them understand)
@Tinkeringbell Indeed.

MIght want to put that in there somewhere and I think it can go up... If nobody else objects?

*sticks **How do I get them to trust my abilities despite my age?** in at the end*
Well, people can always comment if they need clarification or improvement ;)
*hits "Post" button*

@Mithrandir y'aint gonna convince some people
unless thats a CM their opinion is so much irrelevant anyways

@Magisch eh, other mods' opinions matter
but that's about it ye

10:09 AM
Well my co-mod wasn't that much older when she first became a mod on Puzzling.SE... so it's not them that I have to worry about :P. But really, I actually do care what people think; if they don't come to the site because they're worried that one of the mods isn't responsible, that's an issue IMO.

@Mithrandir is it to that extent?
:o

Not yet

A J
@Mithrandir You must be talkin' about Emrakul?

that I know of
@AJ she goes by Zyerah now, but yeah

Arwen UndómielThis is something I run into sometimes, as I'm 15 years old currently and a moderator on an online community. @Mithrandir Oh, I know. I might have pronounced her his or him a couple of times while talking with her.

@Mithrandir Meh, you'll like 1000 more :P
maybe retract a downvote :P

I am already out of votes, so I didn't do anything

I won't have time for many more. I still have 60 flags to raise today on SO

I'm not out of votes... but I do have 5x as many downvotes as upvotes now.

@Magisch Oh yeah, I need to check the comments here more often too.... How's that bot coming along?

It's working perfectly.

Hmm, I guess this is going to take some getting used to

@JarkoDubbeldam What?

10:28 AM
changed avatar

new profile pic

@JarkoDubbeldam Oh oh that's that 'kraamkamer van de sterren' isn't it?
I like it :)

Pillars of Creation ye

@JarkoDubbeldam Nice :)
They sort of look nice next to my branch :P
New rule! Everyone in this room shall have avatars that match :P

Oh look at that, never looked at it closely enough to see it was a branch XD

@Mithrandir I did miss lots of stuff during August and last month, so I went and check them time to time.

No longer needed comment (answer in comment), still here: interpersonal.stackexchange.com/questions/9435/…

@Tinker why did you remove the link in your autocomment there?

@Mithrandir Did I? Can you edit it? (I copy pasted it from another on the site, not the gist... that's probably why)
Won't do it again, promised :D

No, I can't. I'm not a diamond mod on IPS.

@Mithrandir I'll delete and repost ;)
Done :)

@Tinkeringbell I think I can shop a hairtie on my smiley then you can use it :p

@Magisch Meh... smileys are too yellow
Bad idea ;) Your avatar is awfully bright compared to the other ones in the room right now :P

@Tinkeringbell yeah

@Tinkeringbell well, @AJ is bright too

@JarkoDubbeldam I dunno, I'd say it has light colors, but not necessarily bright ones? :P

@Tinkeringbell @ArtOfCode then?

10:41 AM
@JarkoDubbeldam Not here right now, which is why I started picking on Magisch in the first place :P

You can't win an argument about colors with a woman, @JarkoDubbeldam ;)

@AJ Especially one that reads whole books on them :P

@Tinkeringbell I seem to remember that criticizing people for their choice of colours is officially deemed "not nice" by the facebook netiquette

@JarkoDubbeldam Ouch... you got me there! :P But I believe you told me there was no netiquette!

@Tinkeringbell I don't remember what I said :o

10:48 AM
@JarkoDubbeldam Hahaha okay, that's bad! :P

Oh right, it's not worth arguing
nvm :(

@JarkoDubbeldam Okay, lets be nice again ;) It's almost lunchtime after all :D
Have you checked out the Closet?
Good for harvesting flags ;)

@Magisch Looks fun :)
