@Marvin As an additional book. One that's...actually not included when buying it as a box and that the uninitiated only learn later would be a good idea to get too. ;-(

Which seems weird, because according to all the police procedural type shows I watch, the first cuts are the most likely to have hesitation marks, which I think would make them more shallow.
