Is it the metropolitan areas that are dark and dirty, or the places outside the metropolitan areas? I can't tell what the original phrasing was trying to say.
@b_jonas The edit looks fine to me. As I understand it, the metropolitan areas are the dark and dirty places where the poor people are, while the utopia is in the suburbs.
