@Jenayah Icon's not in the room.

Invite me somewhere and I'll let you know.

Done, might take some time

It's not an inbox notification.
Plus the ping sound.
Oh wait, there's an inbox notification too.
But that might depend on your chat notification settings.

Okay
Thanks
Eh if they don't come I'll just drop a comment,no big deal

I'm waiting for something in The Screening Room now.

Who knows, maybe they'll screen a movie.
Joke

Last time I got sent there there was a live chat.

They don't use the word "math" outside of North America

@Stormblessed Really?

Q: Where should I ask questions about using TI-84 calculators?

StormblessedI have a question about why my TI-84 graphing calculator graphs things in a certain way. It is not related to programming, and thus not for StackOverflow, I think. BroklyniteLooking to identify a book. I read an anthology somewhere around the year 2,000 give or take a couple of years. They were short stories, I think written by different authors. AdamantIn fan-fiction, Draco-Harry and Draco-Hermione pairings are very common. Their popularity is evidenced by the fact that this very site has specific tags for them. Does putting links to my edits here make anyone look at them? I'm not sure if it is useful for me

@Stormblessed oof, if you place whiny Cruz before Jordan and Rayner, we're going to have a problem :-)
@Stormblessed well TLC and I are usually fast guns on the reviews as a whole but having a link is even faster ;p

I use the review page rather than anything posted in here, dunno about anyone else

I don't mind having the links being put in chat, but if someone feels like it's a disturbance they're free to speak their mind
@TheLethalCarrot caching of that stuff is just horrible here, plus can't always determine when the next edit spree will begin ;p
Talking about edits
@Niffler I pinged you to be an old grumpy geezer 'cause yesterday you bumped a couple of stuff just for title italics which, while formattingly correct, isn't really worth a bump... (Especially since you only edited the questions and didn't edit the same kind of stuff in the answers)
If you're looking for stuff to edit relatively easily, there's a bunch of other stuff to fix out there ;p

Not down to caching but just how suggested edits work differently to the other queues but I agree on the edit spree bit haha

@Jenayah she will be in Justice League vs. the Fatal Five,

yeah I know

Superhero with anxiety, sound relatable to me
My fav is John Stewart due to DCAU

Let's just say the anixety card is a bit much when they play it for 50 issues, then have "yes I am an actual GL3, then have "oh no I'm not a true GL", then back to zero
There's "accurate", and there's "too much"

anxiety don't go like magic
mine is not going
I had trust in DCAU to handle her in a good way in Justice League vs. the Fatal Five but Batman and Harley Quinn is also DCAU which is second worse DC animated film ever

6:34 AM
@AnkitSharma yeap, that I sure know (well, something else than anxiety, but related). Still think they overdid it in GLs comics
@AnkitSharma haven't seen it yet, didn't seem really good

dupes?
technically the second link offers info on the series as a whole but the question was asking for only one book
and second link is already a master dupe-target
advice?

That's a new angle – something's not a duplicate because the answers are different?

You know that story-ID breaks laws :)

@Alex flags as rude or abusive

5:44 PM
In any case, the answer to the second one seems to do more than just offer information about the series as a whole – it actually says that the details in the question are from two different books.

Yeah, but OP didn't know that.

But it means that the first answer isn't (entirely) correct for the second question.

It's very much correct, it's OP who was mistaken

It's correct in its description of the book; it's not correct in addressing the question.

It's correct in addressing the question in that the question may be based on false premises.
It's not you I won't teach about answering stuff tht is based on false premises is it? :P

5:48 PM
Such an answer should say that the question is based on false premises, not ignore them.
@Jenayah Is that a reference to something?

It implies them.
@Alex pretty sure you answered a couple questions by stating they were based on false premises

@Jenayah Ah, indeed. (Though to be precise, I suggested that they were based on false premises.)
Actually, according to your link I did state it definitively a couple of times.
