turns out that all this time ∨∧⍱⍲ on bitarrs used the regular double calculations because i was checking the wrong variable for being a bitarr. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

looks like that that's for the better, as using binary ops on the internal longs wouldn't work anyways as the format i used for bitarrs is horrible. i should really just redo them completely
uh, ignore the above, i'm stupid. still, the bitarr stuff is a mess

ಠ____ಠ turns out all of my bitarr checks in my vectorizer were in one way or another wrong, making bitarrs pretty much useless on any vectorizing function (so also ≠=)
