Anyway, the small question is the following. My font has all types of glyphs in the font table. Ranging from the square root sign (excluding an extensible overline for the argument of the square root of course), integral signs, but also ligatures, alternates, swashes, etc.
LaTeX has a few automated solutions which (in my opinion) are *more complete* but also more error prone if you want to have everything "just right" (as I mentioned earlier).
