@TheDestroyer I think the question asker looked our conversations we did yesterday about Gods not wanting liberation... he has written.. "That said, in effect, that the gods don't want man to discover his true nature because if they did, men would become the very self of the gods.Does anyone recognize this?"... haha
@KeshavSrinivasan Ok Thank You!

2 hours later…
3:27 AM
@KeshavSrinivasan I just checked my Ista Deva from other site and it is Shiva. Even an astrologer told me to me to Shiva Temples as my Ista Deva is Shiva some 4 years ago when i was not interested in these things.
@KeshavSrinivasan Yes. That site has some problem.
I checked your Ista Deva in this site. It is Durga/Ganesha.
If Mercury had 1 degree more, you would have gotten Vishnu as Ista Deva.

@TheDestroyer 1degree of mercury error can come due to error in exact place degree,.. error in exact time and so on...
@TheDestroyer you yourself calculated... or that site calculated?...
@TheDestroyer Keshavas Rahu and Ketu have highest degree but Rahu and Ketu can never be Atma Kaaraka ... So his Atma Kaaraka is Mercury...

3:47 AM
@Tezz OK, but even if my Atma Karaka is Mercury, how do I determine the Ishta Devata from that? It says "look for the 12th house from Atmakarka in Navamsha chart"
@Tezz Here is my Navamsha chart:
@Tezz What does "12th house from Atmakarka in Navamsha chart" mean?

@KeshavSrinivasan the 12th house from Atmakaaraka in Navamasha is Mars... which would make Hanuman /Narasimha as Ishta Devata...

@Tezz Oh, that's cool.

@KeshavSrinivasan btw.. I'm not sure whether you should take Mercury as your Atma Kaaraka or not... because it is Retrograde...

@Tezz Can you explain what "12th house from Atma Karaka" means?

@KeshavSrinivasan go on counting 12 anticlockwise from Mercury in your Navamasmsa...
You will reach Mars...
Which will be JeevanMukta Kaaraka...
@KeshavSrinivasan btw that site tells you have to pay Rs 31 and they will email Ishta Devata within 24 hrs...

3:59 AM
@Tezz Haha, I don't even believe in the Advaita notion of Ishtadevata, so I'm not interested enough to pay money for it.
@Tezz Although 31 rupees is a very small amount of money in US dollars.

@KeshavSrinivasan haha yes... anyway... you have Vishnu as your Ishta Devata... Hanuman Ishta means Rama as Supreme... who is Incarnation of Vishnu... so finally you will get Vishnu as Ishta Devata...

@Tezz Haha yeah
@Tezz By the way, you said Mars also signifies Narasimha as Ishta Devata?

@KeshavSrinivasan so it might be hint.. that.. you should follow path as Hanuman did.. ie. Devotion... or Sharanagati or complete Surrender...

@Tezz Yeah, that's perfect for a Sri Vaishnava.

@KeshavSrinivasan thats just my guess... as Mars is furious planet... and Narasimha is Ugra Avatar...

4:03 AM
@Tezz Oh ok
@Tezz By the way, have you tried calculating the Ishta Devata for yourself?

@KeshavSrinivasan No, I haven't calculated myself... I don't know why I havent done yet...

@Tezz I didn't get what is 12 th house from navamasmsa

@KeshavSrinivasan upto now I have Hari Hara or Ardha Narishwara as my Ishta Devata... I don't know what my Kundali will show...
@TheDestroyer go on counting 12 numbers Anticlockwise from Atmakaaraka in Navamamsha....

@Tezz It looks like you were right about Narasimha, here's what another website says: "Mars—Hanuman, Subramanya, Sri Narasimha" aapkikismat.com/…

@TheDestroyer @KeshavSrinivasan btw... this is only Jaiminiya method... I think there are other methods as well...

4:08 AM
@Tezz I'm coming back to same planet..

@KeshavSrinivasan haha... I think my guess worked...

@Tezz Why is it called Jaiminiya, is there a work by Jaimini that discusses calculation of Ishta Devata?

@TheDestroyer you should start from Atmakaaraka... you will reach just back of the same planet...
@KeshavSrinivasan there are two main systems of Vedic astrology... one Jaimini system and another Parashar system... they differ in some points... I don't know whether they differ in calculating Ishta or not...

@Tezz Is calculation of Ishta Devata mentioned in any ancient astrological works or is it a later development in astrology?

@Tezz I got Sun.

4:12 AM
@TheDestroyer You got sun as Atmakaraka or you got sun after you counted 12 counterclockwise in the Navamsha?

@KeshavSrinivasan After counting 12.

@TheDestroyer if you got sun... then Shiva or Vishnu I think...

@KeshavSrinivasan The site you gave says Vishnu, Rama, Shiva

@KeshavSrinivasan I don't know whether it's in Parashara Hora Shastra or not... any way but it has some basis on scripture... as Kundali described in Balakanda of Ramayana itself... and planets ruling by different Gods described in Yajurveda itself...

@TheDestroyer Haha, so it's ambiguous if you're a Vaishnava or Shaivite :-)

4:15 AM
@KeshavSrinivasan haha...

@TheDestroyer I guess that kind of fits with your beliefs, like your devotion to Venkateshwara.

@KeshavSrinivasan @Tezz But they are Puranic Gods, why did they include hanuman? I think this is developed after Ramayana.
@KeshavSrinivasan Yeah. I also like Rama after Shiva. Even Venkateswara.

@TheDestroyer it's based on ruling nature of planets and planet swabhva... like Mars has Kumara and Nrisimha... Kumara is Agni Putra and Nrisimha is Ugra Deva...
@TheDestroyer in case of Sun... Shivas Ishana form is in Sun.. he also controls sun, he even killed Sun... regarding Vishnu Sun came from neck of Vishnu....

@Tezz Yes, certainly the notion of gods ruling over planets is well-established throughout the Vedas and other Hindu scripture. But does the notion your Ishta Devata is based on the planetary positions of your birth have a basis in scripture?

@TheDestroyer and Rama is Surya Vamshi...

4:19 AM
@Tezz Who was Rama and Krishna's Ista Deva?

@KeshavSrinivasan I'm not sure whether it is explicitly mentioned... but I think we can derive concepts even if it is not mentioned...
@TheDestroyer I don't Know about Rama... if we go by Puranic account Shiva will be his Ishta Devata... but Rameshwaram is not explicitly mentioned in ValmikiRamayana...

@Tezz haha. Don't we have charts of Rama and Krishna?

@TheDestroyer regarding Krishna,... he says this in Anushashana Parva "O king, listen to me as I recite to thee that Sata-rudriya which I repeat; with restrained senses, every morning after rising from bed. The great lord of all creatures, viz., the Grandsire Brahman himself, endued with wealth of penances, composed those Mantras, after having observed especial penances for some time."...
@TheDestroyer I think in one comment moonstar2001 calculated Shiva as Ishta Devata...
@TheDestroyer we have Kundali of Rama and Krishna... but calculating Navamasha is not a easy task... Navamsha changes every 13 minutes...

@Tezz Well, i remember one thing. An Astrologer also told me to pray to Surya daily morning. Is this has any connection with this?
@Tezz Ohh..

@TheDestroyer if your calculation is right then Sun is your Jeevan Muktakaarka... so it may have connection... anyway worshipping Sun is worshipping Ishana form of Shiva as evident from Satapatha Brahmana... 1st Anuvaka of Sri Rudram also clearly says Sun is Rudra...

4:25 AM
@Tezz I think it would be obvious in Puranas that any Vishnu Avatar would pray mainly Shiva. We see this in many stories.

@Tezz I just generated someone else's birth chart, and the planet with the highest degree is listed as "ascendant" meaning Lagna. Can Lagna be the Atmakaraka or does the Atmakaraka need to be an actual planet?

@TheDestroyer yes Regarding Krishna I'm pretty sure his Ishta Devata is Mahadeva...
@KeshavSrinivasan Atmakaarka needs to be planet...
@TheDestroyer yes, nearly each incarnation of Lord Vishnu is seen to be worshipping Mahadeva...

@Tezz Here is Krishna's birth chart: vedicstore.com/lordkrishna.html

@KeshavSrinivasan so which is Atmakaraka of Krishna... divide by 12 and check each degree....

@Tezz BTW, how can Shiva have birth chart? When was he born?

4:31 AM
@Tezz Why divide by 12?

@TheDestroyer Shankara was born (actually manifested) through Brahma...

@Tezz ok.

@TheDestroyer by the way where did you find birthchart of Shiva...

@Tezz No. You said Shiva will have Shiva as Ista Deva. So, i asked you.

@Tezz 224 is the largest number in the table, so wouldn't Saturn be the Atmakaraka?

4:32 AM
@KeshavSrinivasan dividing by 12 seperates Rashi from degree ... and remainder is degree... whose remainder is greatest is Atmakaaraka...
@KeshavSrinivasan no that degree is mixed up with Rashi....
@TheDestroyer when did I tell that...?
@KeshavSrinivasan sorry... I told you to divide by 12... It's 30... we should divide by 30..
As there are 12 Rashis and 30×12 will make 360... which is total circle of Kundali...
@KeshavSrinivasan whose remainder is highest that is Atmakaaraka..

@Tezz OK, 148 gives 28 degrees when divided by 30, so Jupiter is Krishna's Atmakaraka.

@KeshavSrinivasan that would make Saturn and Rahu in 12th from Navamsa...
@KeshavSrinivasan but I'm pretty sure Navamsa of Krishna is wrong... calculating 5000 years past Navamsa is nearly impossible..... due to precission of equinoxes...

@Tezz OK, Rahu has a greater remainder than Saturn when divided by 12.

@KeshavSrinivasan it's not to be divided by 12 but by 30...
@KeshavSrinivasan oh ... you are dividing in Navamsha chart...
@KeshavSrinivasan anyway... it's foolishness to calculate JeevamMukta kaaraka of such person... who is himself a cause to give Jeevan Mukta to others...

@Tezz No, I just divided by 12 by mistake. In any case, Rahu also has a greater remainder than Saturn when divided by 30.
@Tezz Well, I don't even believe in the notion of Jivanmukta.

4:46 AM
@KeshavSrinivasan Rahu and Ketu can't be Atmakaaraka...
@KeshavSrinivasan here by Jeevam Mukta I mean giving Moksha..

@Tezz No, not Atmakaraka. Jupiter is the Atma Karaka. Rahu and Saturn are in the 12th house from Jupiter.

@KeshavSrinivasan you previously told Jupiter has highest degree...

@Tezz Yes, Jupiter does have the highest degree.

@KeshavSrinivasan now their power is not calculated by dividing by no... but by other factors... anyway Saturn dominates Rahu in all cases...

@Tezz Oh ok

4:48 AM
So we should give more priority to Saturn...
@KeshavSrinivasan btw... I think they calculated Navamsha evaluating Personality of Krishna rather than by birth date...

@Tezz So then Krishna's possible Ishtadevatas are "ShaniDev, Hanuman, Kurma, Shiva, Vishnu"

@KeshavSrinivasan one notable astronomical event is Rama was afflicted by Mars during his Vanavasa... and Rama is Manglik... with Mars in 7th position ie . In Dampatya Sthana...
@KeshavSrinivasan we can at least rule out Shanidev, Hanuman from there... why would Krishna make his Ishtadevata Shani and Hanuman...

@Tezz Lol. Vishnu Himself made Rama to get affected by planets.

@TheDestroyer haha... Vishnu just made coincidental circumstances....
@TheDestroyer @KeshavSrinivasan I think Krishna did Penance of Mahadeva for 12 years... at what age did he did that?...

@Tezz I think Krishna is beyond this Kundali. He knows He is God. Also, i think planets could never affect him even if we consider Him from neutral perspective (Not a Shaiva or Vaishnava view).
@Tezz I think 12 months.

4:55 AM
@Tezz Wait a minute, it looks like that website itself analyzes Krishna's birth chart. It says Atmakaraka is Sun and Mokshakaraka is Ketu. I didn't know there's a difference between Atmakaraka and Mokshakaraka.

@TheDestroyer another notable astronomical event is.. Dasharatha Kundalini was surrounded by Mars in his Dasha.. and I think Vasistha predicted it is death symptom... so he made immediate decision to give King ship to Rama..
But anyway he died... he couldn't escape by doing that...
I don't know whether this is mentioned in ValmikiRamayana or not...

@Tezz Is Sita also Mangalik? Because those who are Mangalik can only marry a person with Mangalik.

@TheDestroyer I don't know Kundali of Sita...
@KeshavSrinivasan I think Mokshakaaraka is same as JeevanMuktakaaraka...

@Tezz But is that different from Atmakaraka?

@KeshavSrinivasan yes, I think Mokshakaaraka and Atmakaaraka are different...

5:01 AM
@Tezz OK, but we have to use Atmakaraka for Ishtadevata, right?

@KeshavSrinivasan yes Atmakaaraka is used...

@Tezz So if Sun is the Atmakaraka, then the 12th house from the Atmakaraka would be the 5th house, which is empty.
@Tezz Here's what you do if it's empty: "If no planet occupies this house then look for the planet aspecting the house. If no planet aspects the house then lord of the house will be used for knowing Isht Devta."
@Tezz What does "planet aspecting the house" mean?

@KeshavSrinivasan a planet aspects 7th house from it...
Mars aspects 4th and 8th house from it...
Jupiter aspects 5th and 9th house from it...
Saturn aspects 3rd and 10th house from it...

@Tezz OK, then in that case both Jupiter and Saturn aspect the house we are interested in.

@KeshavSrinivasan it has aspect or Drishti by both Saturn and Jupiter...

5:07 AM
@Tezz OK, so now how do we determine which is stronger?

@KeshavSrinivasan now it's difficult to calculate which is stronger... first we look which planet is situated in own or strong Rashi...
Saturn is in Vrishchik and Jupiter is in Dhanu...
@KeshavSrinivasan actually now we need Graha Bala chart to determine which planet is stronger ....
If we consider aspects weaker... then lord Of Leo is Sun...

@Tezz Is this the chart you're looking for: books.google.com/…

@KeshavSrinivasan yes from that we can know strength of each house and planet...

@Tezz Wow, astrology is really complicated.

@KeshavSrinivasan vedicastrology . Com calculates that chart for every person in free...
Yes it can become very complicated...
@KeshavSrinivasan oh sorry it's here:
It gives you 48 page kundali report to download in pdf....
It gives you upto D-60 chart... just as Navamsa or D-9 chart changes in 13 minutes... D-60 changes in seconds... they are useful in predicting future of twins....

5:26 AM
@Tezz Haha wow

4 hours later…
9:01 AM
@Tezz I just saw another crappy episode of Ancient Aliens: Cosmic Egg.

9:15 AM
@TheDestroyer what does it say?.. does it say Cosmic egg is Hiranyagarbha?...

9:41 AM
@Tezz They talk about Brahmanda and link some random stories of egg in Greek mythology and finally to 3rd eye and Thalamus of Brain.
@Tezz More what they speculate is Cosmic Egg is source of life and all Universe will be absorbed into it later, same as Hindu Cosmology.

9:54 AM
@TheDestroyer oh... ok...

10:34 AM
@Tezz Have you read Chhandogya Upanishad?

@Pandya I have read in parts... not all...
Why?

@Tezz I've just tried to answer this question where I quoted verse from Chhandogya 6.8.

@Pandya yes, I read it... actually I'm the second to read that answer and first to upvote...

@Tezz I think Sushupti is also explained in Brihadaranyak but I've not read it yet.

@Pandya I have also only read parts of BrihadAranyaka upanishad...

10:42 AM
@Tezz ok; btw, How about the explanation from Chhandogya? I mean does it answer to the question?

@Pandya yes I think it answers the question: The main point ( I think) is in:
"Just as a bird tied by a string to the hand of the bird—catcher first flies in every direction and then finding no rest anywhere, settles down at the place where it is bound, so also the mind (i.e. the individual soul reflected in the mind), my dear, after flying in every direction and finding no rest anywhere, settles down in the Prana (i.e. Pure Being); for the mind (the individual soul) is fastened to the Prana (Pure Being).

@Tezz yes, I've also titled it as "Why does Jiva rest in Supreme? Explained with example:"

@Pandya yes...

@Tezz If you're interested in free software, saravali.de may be good for astrology/horoscope.

@Pandya astrosage.com is free and good...
@KeshavSrinivasan someone is suggesting you to read Brahma Samhita.

10:54 AM
@Tezz And If you want to purchase, (As far as I know) kundli123.net (Ekundli or Astro-Office)is unbeatable.
Just visited astrosage.com ; sounds also good...

@Pandya I don't want to purchase... free version are actually avaliable why to purchase... actually I know how to prepare Kundali without using Software also... ie. by handwork ie. traditional calculation too...

@Tezz you know calculation.. excellent!
Sampatik kala, Sthanik kala, Samaya Samskara, then Isht Sampattik kala and 23-30 Lagna Sarani for Lagna/Janam Kundli. Then Avakahada Chakra for Mahadasha.

@Pandya yes, first time I made my Kundali... I didn't have software... latter I checked it in software and it exactly matched... I was very happy when I saw it matched...
@Pandya oh so... you also know to prepare without software...?

@Tezz yes.

@Pandya oh nice... so are you astrologer?...

11:01 AM
@Tezz Actually my father knows very well and I learnt some from him.
@Tezz Btw, Are you Jyotishi?

@Pandya No I'm not professional... but people family neighbours ask with me many times about jyotish related things.... just learned by reading and practicing...

@Tezz good.

@Pandya btw... what system does your father uses... Nirayana or Sayana...
In Aayanamsha...

@Tezz I think first

@Pandya ok... most people use Nirayana system... I too use Nirayana system...

@Pandya both... haha

sanskritdictionary.com/tejasvin/16300/4 hehe (of earlier Tezz) and haha (of Keshava and recent Tezz!

@Pandya oh... what is U. 6.14?...

@Tezz Btw, what are your favourite tags? on hi.SE /cc @KeshavSrinivasan @TheDestroyer
I mean ^^ in your case

@Pandya oh amazing it is:..
.
Btw what is Uttara Ramcharitam?...
@Pandya I didn't knew there is something such as Favourite Tag....

11:20 AM
@Tezz just open hinduism.stackexchange.com/questions and you'll find Favourite Tags (Edit) at right side column. Have you find?
@Tezz Have you added any/some tag in that?

@Pandya yes I find... it writes:

Favorite Tags edit
shiva vedas ramayana vishnu
@Pandya I haven't added it...

@Tezz I think you're on mobile browser or on PC?

@Pandya I'm on mobile browser...

@Tezz there might be Desktop link at the end of page click on it and you'll get desktop view

@Pandya

11:23 AM
@Pandya I don't know why scripture is not in the list of my favourite tags... I frequently use it..

@TheDestroyer ok

@Tezz You put your favorite tags.

@Pandya yes I already did that and send that message to you...
@TheDestroyer I told it in previous message.. see

@Tezz you've to add tags manually; they dont automatically set as per your frequent usage.

@Tezz Yeah. Saw that.

11:26 AM
@Pandya ok let it be.. when posting question... when we type first few letters it automatically comes... no problem...
@Pandya @TheDestroyer btw do you have tag badge...?

@Tezz No.

@Tezz After adding your favourite tags, questions that use al-least one of your favourite tags is highlighted for you!

I earned four tag badges:
@Pandya oh ok... upto now I didn't understand why some questions were highlighted and some not... Thanks for information...

2 hours later…
1:16 PM
@Tezz "someone is suggesting you to read Brahma Samhita." What do you mean, who is suggesting that?
@Tezz I don't think the Brahma Samhita is authentic, as I discuss in this question:
1
Q: Are there any references to the Brahma Samhita before Chaitanya Mahprabhu?

Keshav SrinivasanAs I discuss in this question, one of the early movements that was important to the development of Vaishnavism was the ancient Pancharatra movement, whose sacred texts consisted of detailed procedures to worship the sage Narayana, an ancient incarnation of Vishnu. The Pancharatra movement eventu...

@KeshavSrinivasan actually I used that sentence in the sense of joke... btw... you are suggested here... hinduism.stackexchange.com/questions/3665/…

2:02 PM
@Tezz Oh haha

2:26 PM
@Tezz By the way, were you able to use the charts to find out if Jupiter or Saturn is stronger for Krishna?

@KeshavSrinivasan I don't think Astrosage.com can work in date which is in BC... that too in 3000 BC...
And I don't know how to make it without software...

@Tezz Oh, the chart here doesn't give the information needed? books.google.com/…

@KeshavSrinivasan oh... it gives a complex method... Maybe @Pandya knows it to make it....
@KeshavSrinivasan anyway I don't believe that someone calculated Navamsa of Krishna... at least we can prepare Kundali because we have verses from scripture....
Otherwise there is a cycle causing precission of equinoxes of 25600 years (around) which causes polar star to change... so it causes significant difference in 5000 years....

2:42 PM
@Tezz Isn't it possible to account for the precession of equinoxes in the calculaion?

@KeshavSrinivasan it is possible but as Navamasa is a highly sensitive data... ie. It changes just in 13 minutes... so highly precise equipments are needed...
@KeshavSrinivasan another method is by evaluating whole life activity of Krishna.. a technique known as Time Rectification....

3:44 PM
@KeshavSrinivasan i protected that question. Is it ok?
@Tezz

@TheDestroyer which question...?

@Tezz
6
Q: Afterlives of Vasudeva, Devaki, Nandagopa and Yashoda

AbyDo we have any account of the afterlives of Vasudeva, Devaki, Nandagopa and Yashoda? I generally hear about Nandagopa and Yashoda's last incident to be while they were being separated from Krishna, i.e. Krishna going to Mathura. About Vasudeva and Devaki, the last thing I heard was that they were...

@TheDestroyer oh ok... I've no problem....
@KeshavSrinivasan can you edit others comment?...

@Tezz Yes, I can edit others' comments and chat messages.

@Brahma jijnasa I'm saying if it's not quoted by Acharya before 1300 AD it's fake... I'm just saying "From that information or dating of Wiki we know that no Acharya before 1300 AD quoted it."... Regarding language matter... it doesn't matter whether one accepts ot not... but you yourself can find difference when you read scripture in Sanskrit... – Tezz 10 mins ago delete
@KeshavSrinivasan edit that comment and place not... ie. Make "I'm not saying..."
I forgot to place not...

3:55 PM
@Tezz OK, I edited it.

@KeshavSrinivasan Ok.... Thank you!

@KeshavSrinivasan You can edit others also..... That's cool.

@Tezz You're welcome

@KrishnShweta that's advantage of being moderator...

@Tezz Accha.

3:58 PM
@KrishnShweta yes,...

4:15 PM
@Tezz Well, I helped one guy in Electrical Engineering chat room today.

@KrishnShweta what did you helped...?
I think you helped by teaching how to put bulb in a holder... isn't it...? Haha... @KrishnShweta

@Tezz He asked about How to calculate forward current in PN junction diode.
@Tezz 0.o

@KrishnShweta oh teach me... I also need that...

@Tezz Do you know PN junction diode?
@Tezz I don't think you have come across this in your 12th.

@KrishnShweta yes I know it comes in semiconductor chapter...

4:20 PM
@Tezz Oh!! That's good.

PN junction diode... make P by adding Trivalent N by adding pentavalent...

@Tezz Good.

@KrishnShweta anyway... I don't need that question... that formula is higher than our level....I first time saw it...

@Tezz Yeah.
But why people are so bad in this world?

@KrishnShweta and semiconductor chapter is the most boring chapter in the whole physics book for me... but I like other physics chapters related to electrooics like AC, and others...
@KrishnShweta you find whom bad...?

4:25 PM
They just use others when they need. Silly people.

@KrishnShweta It's Kaliyuga... one can do anything...
I just heard in You Tube two womens in India killed 42 childrens....

@Tezz Beared this silly people from almost 1 year. But now I'm not bearing. Thank God.

@KrishnShweta It's cyclic actually. Satvas - Rajas - Rajas and tamas - Tamas - Satvas....
@Tezz Why did they kill?
@KrishnShweta At end of Kali Yuga, too much of tamas will get converted to Satvas.

@KrishnShweta world is mysterious... very mysterious than we think ... that's it...

@Tezz But still, I think they will come back for sure. As their nature, take help when they need for their shit.
@TheDestroyer Hmm....

4:30 PM
@TheDestroyer for no special reason... they used to pickpocket... if someone caught they used to throw children in road and run... they kidnapped those childrens...
@KrishnShweta I have no idea:

@Tezz That's big mafia. All those beggars kidnap infants and put them on their laps or carry them by giving sedative drugs so that babies never cry. This mafia earns crores daily. Kali Yuga is such that and we can't blame kali Dharma also. This is Karma of all of us.
@KrishnShweta Whom you are referring?

@TheDestroyer yes blaming Kali Dharma is of no use.. it's all our karma... but coincidental circumstance is created by God... so that it seems...

@Tezz Yes. Kali was born from Brahma, the creator. And nothing happens without reason.

@TheDestroyer yes:..

@TheDestroyer Are you asking about the silly people I was talking?

4:41 PM
@KrishnShweta It seems you are angry on someone. Who are they?

@TheDestroyer Hmm... They are my friends.

@KrishnShweta Ok. you should take them as grain of salt.

@TheDestroyer we should also take vegetables with a grain of salt... haha...

@Tezz one grain of Salt will not add anything to vegetables :P

@TheDestroyer haha... big grain... salt of ancient times...

4:48 PM
@TheDestroyer @Tezz BTW, your Grain of salt transformed my anger to smile :)
Thanks.

@KrishnShweta actually @TheDestroyer is saying one grain of salt will do nothing... but it did to you...

@Tezz @TheDestroyer Do you have any suggestions to have a good sleep? I mean what should I do for that?
Sleeping pills?

@KrishnShweta I think sleeping pills are dangerous....
You should read... most people sleep when they read...😃

@KrishnShweta Lol. No need. This is what i do if i miss my sleeping times are improper.. Get up early at 5:30 one day and don't sleep the entire day. You will get sleep by 11:00 PM.

@Tezz I have sleeping pills but never tried.

4:54 PM
@KrishnShweta another actual solution is yoga... which keeps body fit... gives deep sleep... everything...

@KrishnShweta Lol. Don't go for pills. Yeah as @Tezz said, try Yoga. I stopped these days but should resume it shortly.

@KrishnShweta upto now ... by God's grace... I have no problem in sleep... I always have sound sleep...

@TheDestroyer Daily I'm sleeping after 2:30. Then I woke up at 6:30 or 7:00. I won't sleep in day time also.

@KrishnShweta why do you sleep so late?...
Just 4 hrs sleep is not sufficient...
One needs at least 6 hrs...
I sleep for about 7hrs...

@Tezz Yoga. I have never did.

4:57 PM
@KrishnShweta really? You should sleep for 7-8hrs. Else, your brain doesn't work properly.

@KrishnShweta at least you can just concenterate on Ajna Chakra for about 5 min daily... That is also Yoga...

@KrishnShweta yeah do meditation. Try to stop all thoughts for 5 minutes.

@Tezz @TheDestroyer I go to bed at 12:30 mostly. But still I'll be awake for 1 or 2 hrs. Without doing anything. I don't even use fone.
