@TheDestroyer another notable astronomical event is.. Dasharatha Kundalini was surrounded by Mars in his Dasha.. and I think Vasistha predicted it is death symptom... so he made immediate decision to give King ship to Rama..

But anyway he died... he couldn't escape by doing that...

@KrishnShweta Lol. No need. This is what i do if i miss my sleeping times are improper.. Get up early at 5:30 one day and don't sleep the entire day. You will get sleep by 11:00 PM.

One needs at least 6 hrs...

@KrishnShweta at least you can just concenterate on Ajna Chakra for about 5 min daily... That is also Yoga...

@Tezz @TheDestroyer I go to bed at 12:30 mostly. But still I'll be awake for 1 or 2 hrs. Without doing anything. I don't even use fone.
